Have you ever heard of someone getting thrown out for spraying cleaner on a shelf? I didn’t steal anything mind you, I accidentally sprayed the shelf when making sure the sprayer didn’t leak bc every time I get cleaner from this store it leaks all over my car! What a joke!! I’m sure I’m not the first person to spray something in that store.

It's a delightful experience going in there only if the manager Hannah isn't there. She's super rude to customers, she cursed in front of customers including little kids and was talking down to her employees. She's accused me of stealing before in which I politely emptied my purse in front her even thought that was the most embarrassing thing I've ever had to go through in my life and not once did she apologize. I could go on and on of other things that she has done but it would be a novel. She doesn't need to be in retail if she can't deal with people.

8-2-18 great cashier, let me know about a great sale and had no attitude when I ran to get the other item even though she was real busy. I don't see as much stuff cluttering the isles at this store either.

Friendly but just not the sharpest cashier in the pile other than that the store was somewhat cleaner than normal. Shelves looked a little bit thin as far as items and selection goes.

Its getting better the new manager bless her pregnant as can be but shes on her job and such a friendly one thats a big improvement except for the bunch of guys that were there a while back. Keep her around

Walked into the store today and it was a total disaster as usual. Loaves of bread on the floor...garbage everywhere, floor had puddles of water. Christmas stuff still out like it's the beginning of December. Roller carts full of stock strewn all over. My 9 year Olds bedroom is cleaner than this dump.

Must have changed manager as the staff is to busy smoking outside to clean or straighten. Could hardly get around because of debris on the floor. It’s a shame was one of the nicer stores.

Overall a good experience decently clean store other than over stock or truck in the isle ,product is easy to find although i didnt have any problems i feel like there cashiers could be a little more welcoming and inviting when a customer walks in the store, however checkout went smoothly and i was in and out in a timely fashion

Overall the one in Wilmer is good with exception of the young guy who is the manager, he has a attitude that's not meant for dealing with the public. He needs to be in another type job, always nasty to customers, snippy, cranky, and rude, if I was his boss he would have been fired months ago. The others on there are very nice and helpful. If I learn who his boss is I will file complaints on him quite often

The people that works there are kind of rude. The place on the other hand is clean and well stocked. I only say that about the employees because of the day time workers, ok maybe they just had a bad year.

it's always clean i can find most item's an if don't cashier don't mind telling me where it's located an if need use bathroom most of time it's vacant i usually go to 1 off lot rd near mccary or new one up road from me lot n Georgetown wilmer rd

They have a decent variety of stuff and most of the crew is really friendly and helpful. There are a couple of employees who aren't really friendly or helpful but they aren't totally rude either.

It's a place I avoid if at all possible. I did notice they're remodeling the whole store. They have a bigger frozen food section. But that's as much time as I can spend in there.

Most of the employees are super nice and helpful but a couple are slightly rude, and dont like to help the store isnt very well kept but it could be the customers and amount of business that they have although it stays pretty well stocked

This dump needs to be shut down. Worst experience I have ever had. The young lady working there needs to quit and let someone else who needs a job take it. Whoever is the manager needs to be replaced to.

The dollar general is terrible no one was wearing a mask at all like its just another day of shopping the people who work there are rude and very discurtious and the dollars stores are ridiculously high on there items and seem to keep going up on there prices the store in wilmer,Al is really bad and it needs to be dealt with

Dollar General stores have been a constant since the covid19 pandemic in having Lysol, paper products,medicine and basic daily needs at a decent price. No price gouging there!

Their milk never last until the expiration date. Don't know if it is the brand or if their cold case is not good. I quit buying stuff like that at this store.

This is just a run of the mill dollar general. It's kept relatively clean. The staff there is always friendly and has brought me a forgotten bag on several occasions.

They are putting so many that are very convenient to get to and you're always needing something that you forget it one of the great big stores and you can always go right in Dollar General and get what you need and get out

I live between Wilmer and Mobile sometimes it is just so much easier to take the shortcut to Wilmer they have an amazing amount of items for sale
