We made a quick trip in on our way out of town, and we're able to get toothbrushes, a salad for dinner, and that's really it. The line was short, and the cashier was helpful enough to remind me to scan my card to get my discount!Update: went in for flowers and the selection was nice, well priced, and the arrangements were gorgeous!Update! Got shrimp on sale for Gumbo!

I'ce only encountered one employee who was, perhaps, "having a bad day." Other than that, I've never had a bad experience here. I'm not sure of his name, but there is one guy who usually works around self-checkout who is always in a great mood and so sweet!

A moment ago I went to change some modern ones in the machine with my husband. It was almost 64 $ to which the young cashier gave my husband only 44 $, leaving 20 $. After 2 minutes we returned to claim the lack of 20 $ to which he said he had given the full value! There are cameras and it wasn't like that! He kept the high $20 as soon as I gave it to him, I put it in the plastic cup he was carrying, I mean they couldn't have fallen out or anything! sometimes they charge more! products that one does not take home! They cheat in the Western Union by charging high rates of $23 for a shipment. That's how they rob people. eye.

Very sweet older gentlemen helped me at about 930p never caught his name, but if anyone there was ever helpful it was him. I had a very young cashier who was also amazingly helpful!! Thanks winn dixie!!

The store is convenient, checkout is always a good experience and I know they have been updating over the last year but their produce is so close to already going bad when they stock their shelves it’s very frustrating. Went in today and the cucumbers were almost all starting to rot in spots, avocados over ripe and see the onion in my pic. That’s unfortunately common for this store

The coconuts are bad every one I saw had cracks in it. The one I bought I opened the same day as purchase and it had lots of mold and was bad. An employee watched me pick it out and said nothing about it

Good people clean well stocked you always have sparkling water that Walmart never has in stock but your meat is not like it was ten year ago it not up to your fine standards anymore sorry! I still like Winn Dixie

Always used pharmacy and today had bad experience. Used goodrx for a drug must use all my life. Tech charged me $50 more than coupon. Said she had no control. Didn't apologize or even sympothize. Just threw up hands and said that's why we don't like goodrx. I have never had anyone say that or not had coupon accepted and I have used it in several places and 2 states. It was a surprise and $50 is a lot of difference not to at least say "sorry".

So today I went in and bought a ton. I just had foot surgery last month and had to use a scooter and I filled that cart beyond full. Peyton and his bagger (sorry, didn’t catch his name) were wonderful! They got me checked out with a smile and cheerful chatting. Then I was helped to my car to unload everything. Usually it’s offered and I say no but today they had to put some of my bags in an extra cart. Please give my thanks to these two young men. And Winn Dixie Wetumpka, kudos to you and all your staff. I love shopping there because of the people!

I shop at this location weekly and drive from Tallassee to do so. I usually have no issues. I like to shop early and this morning I had a full cart and nothing was open but self checkout. Two employees stood and had a full conversation they entire time I struggled to unload scan and bag my groceries onto the little shelf and never once offered to help me! I had difficulty getting an item to scan and had say excuse me more than once to get their attention! Seriously disappointed!!!!

Prices higher than Walmart, bit of you need cash back from a card, there's no fee,no minimum purchase, and the ONLY place I've been in that you can even type in an exact amount you need back.... So, if you have an online bank or need money off cash app.... This is a rarity. A+

We love the Winn-Dixie! Great variety of veggies and bakery items we weren't able to find elsewhere. When we are in Wetumpka, we try and stop by to get a few things before we head back.

Clean store, mostly friendly employees, pushing the self checkout too much. Meat selection is good but produce could step up a notch. Pharmacy is adequate. Close to home so always my go to.

Very neat, clean, organized. I like how they redid the store. Not so sure how I feel about the self check outs, because when you want to use self checkout it's usually because you want to just check out and go. They have a very sensitive weight scale that makes you wait longer before loading it into your buggy. The polite woman with glasses and long hair was going from self checkout to the next helping everyone! SHE NEEDS TO BE PAYED EXTRA! She works real hard to help everyone ASAP, and wasn't frustrated one bit with anyone complaining. I love Winn-Dixie and I love the rewards. Thank you Winn-Dixie!!

Absolutely love them!!! Can get pricey, but a keen eye and rewards program means being able to stretch your budget further. Have pretty much have it all, if they don't will more than likely order you some. Excellent meat and produce. Seafood is good but you aren't getting fresh, so it can be a little fishy.

Great variety of items. Want ketchup? Not only Heinz? Then try one of ten brands or flavors. Nice to have that option here. Employees seem polite. Traditional customer service desk was polite. Find unique things for being a grocer as well. Even some jewelry!

This grocery store was so clean and mgmt was on the floor walking around greeting customers, speaking to staff. I heard the prices were high in store. For peace of mind and no crowds I gladly pay a few pennies more for better quality. I had a buy one get one free pork chop and didn't realize it so the cashier ran back to meat department and grabbed my free pack of meat. Now that's customer service!!

Surprisingly good deli and hot food selections. The bakery/deli staff are really kind. They deserve a raise. Rude customers were handling gently and waaay above pay grade. Bravo Winning Dixie staff.

Everytime I go in here I have to diligently check my receipt. They have buy 1 /get one free specials and unless it is the meat department, you're probably paying for both. I gave it 2 stars because I get in and out of there fast. Left my 15× off coupon at home so I didn't get credit for that receipt that I've been hanging on to on my kitchen counter forever..Why can't they pull up our rewards? I use Winn Dixie for convenience,and I check my receipts.

The best grocery store in Wetumpka, but I wish it were bigger with more selection. I appreciate the cleanliness and the new update bc it used to feel like a dingy small-town grocer, but it's good now. Preferable to the Walmart in environment, but not selection.
