Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Everyone was willing to assist you in every way.I absolutely loved Noah.The rooms were clean. The water was hot. The beds were comfortable.Only complaint, I thought the food prices were somewhat high for a casino.

This could be a better place if the servers would learn to keep their hands to themselves and to be exact is was a female server with brown and black hair that touched my man as if they were playing. It took everything in me not to slap this damn girl because then I would be BANNED from the casino. Tell the lady servers to have some decency and self-respect around PAYING male customers with girlfriends. This incident happened around 10 pm yesterday.

I do not rate this casino/hotel very high at all. The only good things it had was the location. Everything else was terrible. First I was somehow booked for three different rooms which had to be fixed. Then when getting there the pool is under construction which I was not told when booking nor confirming my stay. So we didn’t get to swim. We tried to get time in the spa but there was nothing available. We were staying there on a Tuesday and Wednesday night and nothing but manicures were available for booking at the spa. We also wanted to get an hour before and after our spa time if we booked something in their sauna room since the pool was closed and they wouldn’t allow that. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable my shoulders still hurt two days later after sleeping in the bed. My wife got stuck on the elevator Wednesday night which terrified her. She didn’t have her phone on her and the phone on the elevator didn’t work at all. This was at 6:40pm on 4/24 if they want to verify this story. She was freaking out pressing every help button there was and nothing. When she got off terrified nobody even noticed nor came to help her. We ordered beers while gambling and it took so long to get the first one that we were done gambling before we could even enjoy any of the free drinks while gambling because of how long it took to get a drink at all. We ordered room service and it took over an hour for it to arrive. All we got were four beers sent to the room because it took so long to get them down in the casino. Even when paying for them we had to wait forever. Then we had reservations for her birthday at the Fire Steakhouse and the food was mediocre. I have been to the Atmore location and the Wetumpka one just does not compare. We were ready to leave when it was time to check out.

My first time ever taking a group of seniors to a Casino, and my first time in one. A bit apprehensive and resolved to only spend no more than 100.00. Interesting, fun I observed quite a bit. A lot of seniors enjoying themselves. Some winning, some loosing. I myself would have come out better buying 100 dollars of scratch off tickets. Other than that I had a good time. YES I'll go again.

I've been coming here for over 7 years now. Have never had a bad experience with checking in, the rooms are very decent, service is commendable, the gaming floor is constantly being cleaned, and people seem to hit big on a daily basis. The system has been a little tight on me lately in regards to winning on the gaming floor, but I hope it gets better. Overall, it is always a nice experience out there.

We recently discovered this Hotel/Casino on one of our cross country trips to Texas. We booked one night and Absolutely LOVED IT ! We wish we could’ve stayed longer. It’s very clean and well kept garages are clean and secure. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Casino was good size and a mix of new and old machines. We had a nice updated room on a high floor with a view of the river. They seem to be putting in a nice pool/spa area. We will definitely be keeping this place on our list . Can’t wait to come back !

Hotel and casino were nice and cool atmosphere. No table games only slots. Didn’t care for the food plan one high price per person to eat at what looked like a mall food court. Couldn’t just go by a burger or a slice of pizza you can only do that weird plan where you pay for entry but all you can eat once in (not a fan)The casino had free self serve soda and coffee. This was cool loved not having to wait 30 min at a slot machine to get served a soda like other casinos but that is an option if you want.Also shark tank at the bar was awesome.

We drove 3 hours to try out this casino. We arrived early to beat the crowds. We lost our bankroll in the first hour and drove home. That's just the way it goes sometimes. It would have been better if they had a bar open. Just seemed like early gamblers don't get the same service.

Our room was upgraded to suite I am not exactly sure why. I have to say this was the nicest surprise. We stayed in a suite which was like a luxury apartment. Absolutely stunning view. The suite had everything you could possible need and was very comfortable. Living room kitchenettes dining area whirlpool tub and a huge shower was all utterly amazing. This was hands down the nicest room we have ever stayed. We stayed at the Wetumpka location and we were really impressed with the service at the desk. Maxwell was super friendly, accommodating and helpful. Don't know that I have ever been more impressed with the check in process at any other hotel. The entire hotel was very clean. From the lobby to the hallways to our room. It was not a newly remodeled room, but it was well maintained and super clean. The food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and very good. It was a Sunday, so they were not serving alcohol, but there were still plenty of servers on the floor. We highly recommend this hotel for a nice relaxing night or weekend away.Rooms: The room was very clean.Food & drinks: Food was really good. Lots of food for the price.

I had a fantastic experience at Wind Creek Casino in Wetumpka, Alabama! The hotel was lovely and impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Wind Creek Casino Hotel, from the moment we arrived! We were very impressed by the great hospitality treatment we received from the valet, to the front desk, to housekeeping to the restaurants and casino staff. Everyone was outstanding! However, the rooms were a little pricey. The mattress was way too hard, but overall, the room was very spacious, smelled good, and was nice & clean. We will definitely return.Mr & Mrs. Smith

We have gone to wind Creek casino Montgomery since they were housed intents. On 4/3/24, on my husband 75th birthday, I booked a room for $199 for his special day. We went to the service desk to have a card made(he had left his at home) There were no smiles, not even a Happy Birthday. Too busy talking amongst themselves. They gave him a new card, but we were told that we had to buy the string for $1 at the gift shop. What a disgrace. I wanted this to be special for my husband. Upon checkout the clerk never asked if we liked our stay. She just said drive save honey. My name is on the receipt of room 309. It is not honey.I value respect. My husband is a disabled vet. For us it is not about the money, but service and respect. Both were lacking at wind Creek casino Montgomery..

We came to the casino on Jan. 29,2024. We had not been in a long time. First, let me say the food and the new setup was very nice. However, I am very disappointed in the fact that you don’t give the military a discount as before. I realize things change, but when you start showing your care and concern for them and take it away. My husband service for 30yrs. We really enjoyed going. I didn’t even mind no discount to us the spouses. But, really nothing. Now, we have to find us a new place for our date night. That makes me sad. But, I guess this how you all feel. You make so much money every day a high percentage is retired military. Just want to let you know that. Not good. I'm about to check out after an awful morning. No hot water!!!! I have severe dry eye and depend on hot compresses on my eyes every morning. Suffering already. I call the front desk to inquire about the hot water issue, and get the bad news that's it's been out all night, the whole building.15 minutes later, 2 men show up at my door. This is at 6:20 am. No warning whatsoever, they just show up. My husband is still asleep. They tell me that they want to remove the shower head to look at the hot water situation. This made zero sense to me. I told them that I thought it was a building issue not just my room. They said it was. They had no tools on their person. How does removing the shower head solve a hot water issue? Advice: don't go to a room without prior warning and permission from the guest.I will be requesting a full refund for the night.

We had a nice stay at WindCreek Wetumpka. Our room was nice and clean. The desk clerk that helped us was extremely friendly and nice and made us feel very welcome with a nice hello and smile on her face. Went to the casino and each waitress and waiter that broke our beverages were very nice and prompt with our drinks. Overall all the staff made our visit a very pleasant one!

I honestly haven't been here in years 😞 but the reasons I stayed away are #1 super slow service when you order a drink 😔#2 machine's were super tight not many winners I honestly didn't remember hearing the jackpot song at all.but when I was there last it was very much better 🤩 u didn't have to wait for a year to get a drink.and there were ACTUALLY WINNER'S.I SEEN A LADY THAT HIT 2 $1400:00 DOLLAR JACKPOTS.so i definitely will be BACK
