This was my first time in the Wetumpka Walmart. Stopped through while heading to the casino. I typically frequent the Neighborhood ones but this one was nice, clean, and well stocked.Loved the convenience of the store and how neat and clean everything was. The employees were professional and helpful.

The Walmart pickup is a mess. I placed my order of $102 around 7:30 am to be ready between 5-6 by 5:30 my order is still not ready but, I understand they are busy so I go waste some time it’s now 6:30 and my order it still showing preparing on the app.. thinking it’s an app glitch I go inside to ask about my order at the pickup location & the young African American female handling the handheld was very rude of the bat & telling me it’s currently being shopped for as she just sat on her phone I walked away she said “ omg I can’t do this” super loud to her coworker. I had a trunk of meat from Aldi in my trunk and I was worried it would go bad if I waited any longer so I went to find a High up manager she was nice BUT long story it’s now 6:40 I don’t have my order & they will not let me go find the shopper to just get my stuff myself from her. By this point I could have shopped all my stuff myself ?????? The young lady was rude to me again when I brought over the manager all I could do was refund my order & go back the next day and collext it all myself. 0/10 don’t let people pick a set time slot if you can’t fulfill it!!! We pick a time for a reason because we have life’s!!!!

Hi! It's hard to get my milk out of your refrigerator. There's NO HANDLE to open the door. It's been this for a while. Can you fix it, please? Otherwise, I can find what I need no problem. Light on cash register says we are open. When I got there, there was no cashier. I saw two workeres on the other side of the register. I was calling, who's ever line I was in,I figured they couldn't see me because I was short.Then the guy told the girl I was in her line. She still took her time getting to her register.

Auto service department is horrible. Signs say they open at 7:00. Waited to 7:20 and went in store when they still were not open and was told they had to have two people there to open the doors and the second person may not show up to 8:00-9:00. Bought tires and service elsewhere.

Always a busy location. So many people and not a big enough Walmart! Not always able to find what you want because of that. Can’t blame it on the workers because the product doesn’t come in. They can only stock what they receive.

Believe trouble Walmart isn't noticing is their online orders are disrupting normal everyday shoppers. Shoppers seemly are having to shop around the Walmart carts handlers, and this creates issues with in-store shoppers, especially the handicap as they must yield to Walmart's cart handlers. Why not have a set aside period for online orders then try to set off your stockers in late PM and early AM hours because when in store shoppers must contend with online and stockers this becomes frustrating for store shoppers. Walmart needs to devise a better plan that works for all.

Need to have many more cashiers open. Nobody wants to wait to pay. We are not your employees. We will not use self checkout if we have many items. There are always employees milling around doing nothing, but don’t open cash registers. Don’t be surprised if customers walk out with full buggies without paying, especially since your greeters do nothing but stand there. Wise up!

Let's face it. It's Walmart. Not only do they have mainly self check out, but they won't even keep enough of those open to make it run at a mediocre pace. 20 minutes to shop plus 45 to check out.

My second time visiting this Walmart. I live a couple hours away but come to wetumpka every now and then. Had no issues either time. They usually have stuff that my Walmart never have available.

The ecoatm had zero cash to pay for my broken devices. It then offered paypal and venmothat didn't work either after staying on the phone an hour or more they informed me I was going to have to wait for a check to be mail to me for the devices I sold.

Went through self checkout. Only had a few items. Used register nearest door so I could be seen. Leaving, I had my receipt visible in hand. The man asked to see my receipt and took it out of my hand. Didn't even look at it. Handed it back. IF YOU DON'T TRUST US TO SELF CHECK OUT. PLEASE REMOVE SELF SERVICE LINE. I AM FRUSTRATED.

Seems to be a typical Walmart that likes to jam out with loud, primarily, 80 and 90s music ("Ice Ice Baby" is playing right now, for example). Supposedly, it's "Walmart Radio" though, but I've never noticed it in other Walmarts. It may be that others have it so low you can't hear it, since it pushes people out of the store. It's more distracting to shop here because of the music and makes me try to be quick at getting out, but for Walmart, it's fairly clean.We needed into a dressing room and there wasn't anyone at the desk. However, there was someone working the appeal department. We asked to have it unlocked and she did then said "leave the door open", and as she was walking away said she doesn't want to come back up there, she just wants to go home.

Customer service was top notch.Store was clean and well stocked.One star removed for the fact the air conditioning could barely be felt and their cashiers and customers were sweltering. This is a health issue the managers and supervisors should pay heed to before someone has a medical emergency.

Not as nice as it used to be. It seems they are frequently out of several things on our list. Also, you essential have no option but to go through self-checkout, as they usually only have one or two registers open. Prices haven’t gone down, why should I have to be my own cashier?

Management don't care about customers walking off at the check out. 29 Items or LESS check out. Man with cart overflowing , management " That is the only line to get tobacco." Then you should make another for express. 5/6 people walked off that I seen because of that. The management was visibly irritated that I had nerve to complain. There is an ALDI and Winn Dixie don't need to pay their salary! Photo included.

My sister and l love real Cashiers always nice and polite, but we feel like criminals when at self check outs feel eyes on us like we going to steal not pay, we are old but when have money never would not pay for all items we buy! Still love low priced items we buy all meats there cos winn Dixie meats not great meats anymore TY

Always clean and always well stocked. I always use the checkout in automotive so I'm in and out in no time at all . Personally it's worth the trip to shop with confidence and piece of mind.

The ladies room here is disgusting! What is wrong with the sanitation dept, is it that difficult to handle? I know a conglomerate as huge as Walmart should definitely have quality control officers inspecting these bathrooms on a regular basis! It’s more than disrespectful to think your customers should tolerate this kind of filth. And furthermore, why haven’t you ever installed ventilation systems in these ladies rooms? Again, you certainly have the money to do it with!My next complaint is the fact that the aisles are overcrowded with merchandise, making it extremely difficult for customers in their shopping cart to pass each other, noticeably in front of where the ice tea jugs are kept in a cooler on an endcap. That’s a joke right there. That right there should be a fire code violation!

Starting to fall apart. Service is horrible and always out of Great value branded stuff we used to get. But I think it is a Walmart problem in general. Put people back at the register, for these prices we deserve to at least be checked out!
