Very unprofessional.. they make up lies and excuses instead of trying to help their customers. I called for my husbands medication he has been out of for a month.. “ the insurance didn’t pay for it so we put it back “ I then told her about the “ co-pay” card.. she then tells me “ oh we sent his medicine back I would have to order it and due to cybersecurity “ she insisted Walgreens was under a cyber attack as if me and my husband both aren’t in school for cyber security and I currently work in the field.. nobody cares about hacking Walgreens! This is a complete circus.. they need to educate themselves of how to use/file insurance and know the programs available to help their customers.. people are prescribed medications for a reason!! Fries pies and full of lies !! Please change pharmacies.. this place is a complete joke !! OH and GOOD LUCK reaching anyone on the phone!! I couldn’t even reach the store manager .. explains a lot 🤣

More than one time I have been given another persons medication. . The resolution, bring it back and we will fix it. That’s not the point. Do better. Some elderly person might get the wrong meds and not notice till it was too late. Do better !!

I have never been mad to fell like I was a incontinent for needing help with something as I was tonight. The very last thing that I would have wanted to be doing was getting copies of pictures of my dad and dog but on easter Sunday I was told that my dad and my kids dog died in a house fire and I was told that it wasn't her problem and that I'm I was going to need help with making copies of pictures then I need to come up there in the morning time so that there was more people there that could help me that she had to much to do and the cashier had to stay up front. Maybe if she wasn't working around on her phone the both times I was in there she could do her job more. You know that maybe you should invest in more people like lowes in Wetumpka have very nice and very caring people and really try and do what ever they can to help there customers no matter what.

This is the worst store I have ever been to! The staff make up lies so they won't have to do their job and the customer service is not up to par! I have witnessed the staff argue with multiple customers about how they interact with the customers! The manager makes the same excuses to get out of doing her duties as well!!

My son had a 105 temp and diagnosed with the flu and a prescription was sent. Almost 2 hours later, Walgreens said they "just sent it in." I called the doctor and they had sent it the moment we left. So first they lied. Then I was told go back around the drive thru again because it would take 20 minutes. When I went through again, they said they were completely out of his prescription and told me they could give him the generic that would cost me $180 because Medicaid wouldn't cover it. Told me to go around again. So I did. It wasn't ready, so I went inside. As I approached the counter, I was told to hang on, AGAIN. Finally a woman approached with the original prescription that they supposedly didn't have! I WILL be changing my pharmacy. That was the last time I deal with liars!

Jamie in photography was very helpful in custom-cutting some photographs I had made there. The photographs were also printed out very quickly after I completed the order online. Great experience!

Worst dang place ever. Drive 30 min from tallassee alabama to Wetumpka just to get meds on a Monday, and when you arrive at this place, they are closed at 120 in the afternoon because "the pharmacist wanted a break" like standing behind a counter is so hard. My aunt is one for cvs and they don't close for her lunch. Sorry excuse of a place. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Pharmacy is no good. Had a reaction to a blood pressure medicine and just tried calling to see what can be done for relief and was hung up on 6 times. 5 they just picked up the phone and hung up and 1 the girl answered but hung up when I asked the question.

Friendly staff and quick service, but the manager feels like he needs to overtake the parking lot with more than his share of parking spots, especially right near the front door. The selfless individual should leave these spots for the elderly people who shop there more than anyone else. This Chevy Camaro is no exception to the rule. After calling the manager, he said that was his car, and he could do that! What a Professional way for a manager to represent Walgreens Company! Im moving my Rx to another pharmacy!

There is only one sweet person in there and it this short older lady. The rest are rude and feel like they can talk to you any kind of way. My kids have had strep throat more times then I care to count. I had a prescription that was called up there for my son for strep throat. I still had another prescription for amoxicillin at home still. So I let him use that one, then his sister caught strep. I called to get it filled and she told me, I couldn’t get it. I had to go back to the doctor for another prescription. It had only been 2 weeks. I know they hold prescription for at least 30days. I asked why and she said because she is the pharmacist, so she makes that decision.

The pharmacist is RUDE as hell..i called yesterday to make sure they had the meds i needed and have been on for 5 years from brain surgeries.. the lady i spoke to on the phone took about 10 min to double check for me (chrissy) and told me she found my meds and that i would be good to go.. she also explained to me everything i needed to do and what to have the Dr do,so that they could fill my meds!! I called today to check if my Dr had called my meds in and i asked for the same girl (at that time i didn't know she was a tech, but a really nice one at that) the pharmacist comes on the phone and said can i help you..i requested the lady i spoke to, and she wouldn't allow me to speak to her and said IM THE PHARMACIST really loud, as if i was deaf 🙄 i started to ask her a few questions in which she yelled back and said "we haven't had that medication for over a month"!! I tried telling her wait a min i spoke to 2 different people who told me differently AFTER looking for 10 min to make sure and she cut me off saying "maybe you should talk to your dr about a different care plan"!! WOW!! She was on speaker and being recorded, as i don't trust pharmacist because of one's like her. A family member said how dare she talks to patients in that manner... I'm not stopping with this review, I'm going further and taking it to the pharmacy board and the state... you DO NOT get to talk to me any way you want to, and get away with it... i was nice, quiet spoken, in fact I'm really stressed out, cause im having to transfer my meds for 6 months as i have another surgery coming up...i didn't want nor need a rude "i am God complex", type of person, talking to me... she talked over, didn't allow one word to come out of my mouth and she lied about medications, all because I'm gathering she doesn't want to deal with it.. lady, i have a higher education then you, nursing, and yet over the phone you talked to me like i was lower then you..Plus there was no need to lie about medications that 2 others stated WERE THERE AT THE pharmacy yesterday.. but according to the pharmacist who lied, they haven't had it for months lol... I'll definitely be taking this further, if Walgreens doesn't reach out and try to fix their issues with rude, better then you type of pharmacist...In the end, nothing matters but the customers, unless you speak to the lady who thinks she's all that, there lololol..🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️BTW the pharmacist name, is Lindsey.. i had to call and ask the front, for her name as she wouldn't give it to me..DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS..

Walgreens in Wetumpka is wonderful. I mostly visit the pharmacy. Sometimes indoor shopping. Always spoken to when you enter the store. The pharmacy always calls us by name.

Have moved to this area in past year and the courtesy and efficiency demonstrated at this location FAR surpasses the Pharmacy I used in Montgomery (NOT a Walgreens). The personnel are knowledgeable and never hesitate to answer questions.

I think they need more of a diverse staff. They're not BROWN friendly which could land them in big trouble seeing that they don't hide it at all ( to a point of being almost RUDE!!!). If the manager wasn't so busy watching a black woman shopping ( that spent easily $50 bucks or more) he could have been more helpful in helping me find the proper meds I needed. Hint: No one ever ask me whose name my reward card is saved under.

BEWARE OF RUDE AND NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE WALGREENS DRIVE THROUGH PHARMACY! A young female and male pharmacist extremely rude to me when I came to pick up a prescription. The females attitude was nasty and insensitive and the male wasn't any better. These people have ZERO customer service and have no business working in the drive through pharmacy. They wanted me to tell them the medication I wanted to pick up in front of the passenger in my vehicle. When I told them I didn't want to disclose that kind of information in front of someone, the female left the window and didn't return. I asked for her name and the male person said to me "I'm not giving you her name" and then I asked for his name, he said "Mike" and would not give me a last name to file a complaint. I've never been treated to nasty and with no respect by any pharmacy, I will not patronize this place any more!

About 3 months ago, I a rx filled and they filled it under my daughter's name and it was for me. Today I go, and they give me the wrong item on the rx. Mind you a tech and pharmacist both checked the items. Please check your meds before you leave to make sure they are actually yours and what was ordered. I am out of town now and have to find another Walgreens to get the correct rx and pay a 2nd deductible and wait 2 weeks until I get back in town to get a refund.

Terrible customer service. Manager and branch manager are so rude. I went in and asked for the manager and he began to throw his hands in my face. Contacted corporate over two weeks ago and still haven't heard back. The branch manager was supposed to call me back the next day and never did.
