I called and asked for a price quote on something. Said they would call me back with a price. Approximately 2 weeks passed, and no return call. So, I called again. Same scenario, said they would call me with a price. It's been over a month since the initial phone call, and nothing, no return call...

I rented a U-Haul for a move about halfway across the country, and my concerns and questions were all acknowledged and needs were met. Customer service is great here, and I had no issues whatsoever with renting/returning the truck!
