I’ve been going to this Lowe’s location since they opened. Friendly sales staff, Mr. Roy Rogers in plumbing is the best! Lowe’s has made a lot of money off of us😊. And we would not want to shop anywhere else for our house and yard needs.

Called to ask about something in the Garden Center Fri. 3/22/2024 about 4 pm. Waited on the phone almost 20 min and got hung up on. So much for understaffed stores now paying $15 an hour with no customer service. Home Depot or Marvins it is for me.

Generally I rate Lowe's very highly as they are generally deserving. I would even cut this store some slack because of recent storm damages, but I am tired of coming to pick something up just to find that it is empty on the shelf and in top stock or blocked by a side stack that per company policy isn't even properly placed. After the last farce of a trip trying to buy blinds just to find that product had apparently been moved to fill a spot or somebody stocked product in the wrong place causing me to have to make multiple trips to try and buy a product that apparently wasn't in stock anyways (thanks to the prattville store for pointing that out). Upon returning and installing said blinds I returned to the wetumpka store and did a quick walk (approximately 20 minutes). During this walk I took pictures of approximately 100 issues in the store that were in violation of either company, epa or fire code policies. I asked to speak to Blake (according to the picture on the wall the store manager) just to have them tell me that they didn't have a store manager anymore that Blake moved to Montgomery. They told me I should speak with Ben Phillips (market director) then told me to call the customer hotline to get to him which I personally know to be erroneous. I have a list of concerns for the market manager and corporate operations in Mooresville. This store did not fall off the wagon in the course of two days without a store manager. There are theft (approximately $12000 worth of combo kits on a blue cart 20 ft from the door) issues, nfpa (expired fire extinguishers), general hazard (overhanging top stock and unchained ladders) and general operations issues. This store truly goes to show that the farther from Charlotte you go the less you should expect from your Lowe's stores. This store is so far from corporate standards it amazes me they let the store manager transfer. Flooring and appliances are generally in disarray when I visit. The plumbing and electrical aisles always have holes with items in top stock. There is a COMPLETELY mismanaged clearance section located on the back drive aisle with the majority of the products just thrown on carts and not priced. Marvin Elliston needs to come walk through and see what is "acceptable" in this market.

Went in for a simple appliance bulb. They had over 5 thousand bulbs but could not find the bulb I needed. Employees walk by and try not to make eye contact, hoping to not help. I left empty handed after 20 minutes. Went down the road to other hardware store and bought it

Came in store to do a purchase, at customer service counter associate CARMEN, store manager ROCHELLE could not use military discount. Existing account since 2018.Said I would need to go online to update (for unknown reasons) with military ID in hand.

For great customer service is what you get when you shop at Lowes in Wetumpka. I had several appliances I needed to purchase because of our house fire, and Mrs. Cheryl Lavigne was so great with helping us with what we needed. She was sweet and she took her time with us, and had lots of knowledge about each appliance. I strongly suggest anyone to shop here at our location.

No help. 1hr to pickup online order. All employees standing or sitting around doing nothing. Cashier called for Brandon, the mgr to assist me and for the person taking care of online orders. No one ever came to assist. Poorest customer service I have ever seen. After an hour in the store and 30 minutes on hold with no responses, I canceled my order and went to Home Depot. I'm in the process of changing all my exterior home locks. The Lowes store that I was shopping at only had 1 of the 3 sets that I needed so they called the other store and did a stock and a physically verified that they had 3 sets on hand for me before I drove all the way to that location. Excellent customer service.

I really hated to score this store so low. It has most of the things you need for hardware. The score was due to an experience I had with them. I bought a washer and dryer with a 3 year warranty. I was charged 4 times for the same warranty. It took me almost a year to the day I bought it to get my money back. The customer service was the worst I had ever had. And the washer a Whirlpool had broken down 3 times in the first year. It wasn't until I threatened to sue them and go on Social Media, that they finally bumped me up to the part of the company that could straighten it out and send the final checks to me. We still shop in this store because the drive anywhere else is too long for simple items.

It would be nice when you're buying a lot or your elderly and can't carry a lot if you could have someone to help you take your stuff to the car and help you get things in to it. Otherwise everybody was kind thank you and goodbye

Went to Lowe's to buy some stuff for a repair. After having one employee ask me to move so her and another customer can look at bolts instead of just letting me grab the screws I was looking for, was treated as a thief at self checkout. Not only was I not allowed to scan my buggy out at first, but had 4 other works sitting there watching it. All to finish scanning it and clearing everything for me to scan because I said something about them not doing it to the other guy that walked up. No suspicious activity as I went grabbed what was needed and checked out. One employees name was Terry.

Had a great experience purchasing our washer and dryer and dishwasher in separate occasions at the Lowe's in Wetumpka, Al. Customer service in store was the best, however when it comes to their delivery service both times they canceled our delivery and rescheduled it without notification. It's irritating to be waiting all day to be told no one is coming.

Went in Lowes to purchase a grill today. We decided that since we use it so regularly, we would invest in a nice one. Found the one we wanted $700. There was only one assembled. However, their advertisement in the store says free assembly, and free local delivery in Wetumpka, AL.They weren’t willing to assemble for us. The assistant manager Sam said that the assembly person on work week days. So I asked if he could sell us the one they have assembled.He said no because they have “other customers who may come in and they should be able to see the display.” This is laughable, so you’re going to lose my busy “a customer “ standing in your face for a customer that may come in.Make it make since. Businesses want you to shop local yet they don’t value your business. So I’m going to go purchase a grill where my business is appreciated.

I ordered a product online and waited for a text saying it was ready to pick up. Once I received the text, I drove 25 minutes to the store. I parked in the contactor loading area, out of the way of the main entrance. Upon reaching the service desk, I showed the text regarding my order being ready to pick up. I was asked to move to the main entrance, in the roadway, then waited nearly 30 minutes to have the product loaded. I asked for information about the warranty I purchased and was told it should "have printed out" when I ordered it online. Wow. Just wow.

I'm so sick of you all changing the way we have to scan just get to get our little ten percent military discount. First you have to sign up in order to get the discount then when we check out instead of asking to scan the military ID you have to scan the drivers license. Why scan anything when we've already had to sign up to establish an account for the military discount. Too much!!!

Sales staff are really helpful and friendly in this Lowe's. My only complaint is that they now need to supply kleenex for those of us allergic to dogs along with the milk bone treats they keep on hand for man's best friend. Will take allergy tabs before my next visit.

Took 30 minutes and went to 5 different registers to pay for a quoted home installation service.Then, I purchased pine straw, but no one came to unlock the gate to get the straw. Employees walking around everywhere but not one that could help. I ended up going back in and got a refund after 10 minutes.If you have 1 or 2 hours to waste go to the Wetumpka Lowes.

Employees know where items are located, will take you to them, and help with selections if needed. If Lowe's doesn't stock the item then they will suggest other businesses that may have it.

Bought a dryer for 1200.00 less than 2 months later it stopped getting hot. I took it back they said I needed to call the manufacturer. Then the next day my white husband went back with the same dryer spoke to the manager and got a brand new dryer why is that?!?! Lowes do you treat your black customers with no regard on purpose or is it because I didn't speak with the manager!?!
