Would give less than one star if possible. Went in to get a deck belt for a lawn mower. The older gentleman at the counter repeatedly told me I really meant one model when I was clearly asking for a belt for the specific model I have. This transaction also took twice as long as it should because the entire time, he was talking negatively about a previous customer to another coworker. Honestly, that didn’t even bother me as much as the fact that apparently this genius couldn’t talk and use a computer at the same time. Absolutely terrible customer service. I’d highly recommend if you want to deal with a clueless boomer but still be told you’re the one who doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Literally feel like I lost brain cells during conversation with half of the people I came into contact with at this store. Will not ever go back.

Home away from home! Is there anyplace better than your locally owned and operated feed store? I don't think so! Always friendly, always have what I need and always available for advice if I have a problem and don't know what I need.

Usually, we had good service here, but don't dare call with a question about a bill. It doesn't matter how nice you are about it, you'll be accused of being rude and fussy to the ladies at the counter. Bought a new mower that broke down within a month, was covered by warranty, so I asked for it to be "serviced" while they had it. Got it back in 2 days but realized when I got home that the blades weren't touched, and the air filter still dusty. No big deal, but nothing mentioned during pickup, and charged $78 for an oil change on a new mower with 10 hours and accused of being rude when calling asking about the blades not being sharpened. Chris decided they were fine and didn't need it. All I wanted to know when I called is what services I payed for and what I actually got, apparently that's rude.

Love shopping here. We always find exactly what we need for our cows, chickens and dog. Spring is one of my favorite shopping seasons; we find different breeds of chick's to increase our egg layers!!! Overall, just an interesting place to shop.

They have a little bit of everything! The plants are very healthy and they have bulk seeds. We bought a bush hog and they went out of their way to make the trailer I had work. Everytime we go in there, it feels like we just walked into a friend's house.

Great selection of hard to find chainsaw parts and tree service supplies. Great place for farm and livestock supplies too. Excellent and knowledgable staff. I got for the chainsaw parts and tree service equipment and I am very happy with them

Love this store. I have 5 big dogs, so I buy dog food in bulk from the feed store. We also pick up our pesticides here and anything else we happen to need for our animals or our few acres. The staff are always super friendly from the people inside who are happy to help you find things and friendly at check out to the warehouse guys who load up our dog food. They usually even carry on a conversation with my little ones if they aren't busy and give them suckers. I HIGHLY recommend Farmers Feed in Wetumpka.
