Our food tonight was not good. My husband and I had the flamethrower meal. And the burger is not good. It’s dry, meat is well over cooked. The fries were not done. They were undercooked and was like rubber when biting into them. My 5 year old got chicken tenders and they looked like they were cooked this morning. Very hard. $30 down the drain. Will not be back!

Frequent visits subject to cause obesity. Service was good. Ice cream was better. Prices are high. You can buy a half gallon of Blue Bell at Super Foods for about 50 cents more than a Blizzard, but what the heck. We all wanted a different flavor.

So employees said I was 26min late getting there to pickup an order for door dash. Well that is a complete lie you made up all because I asked you to do your job correctly and you were to busy not being sanitary and running your nasty hands you just used to wipe and table off with that looked a lot like your hair, I’m talking about the stained up greasy rag and your hair not the table,but you didn’t even was your hands before scooping ice cream which was also the absolute wrong kind, the customer was standing there telling you that you still continued. So all employees should be well groomed, no facial blemishes, covered if so, good hygiene, and have some pride in not only doing your job but when taking care of yourself grow up! Focus on showering and stop being a stick in the mud and treat people better than you treat yourself! Problem solved! Oh check ur cholesterol and blood pressure, pretty sure the smell of grease and Oreo cake is driving you crazy😁Parking: Again I’ll drive off a cliff before I step one foot back in this place and visit the real life clumps!

Clean. Nice employees. Tasty icecream & staffed with enough employees to handle a busy drive through and take our order patiently and accurately. They even remembered which item was ordered for each of the 4 of us. They were out of the fruity ( purple)hard dipped icecream cone.

Quick and friendly service however I ordered 2 of the 6 piece chicken tenders and both meals came with only five tenders. Plus at least two of the tenders were not much bigger than a chicken nugget. Ridiculous for the price they charge.

I love the ice cream here. The banana smoothie is the best. I love the hot fudge sundae with a little cherry on top. The service here is excellent and their food is beyond. They do need more help but overall their services are excellent the food is great and this is recommended for anyone.

Usually an excellent place to eat. Tonight one of the employees (who was not the person interacting with us as the drive through) moved another employee out of the way and asked me for money. He asked us to donate to him. It was very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable to be accosted for money at a drive through.

Twice we have been to the Wetumpka DQ before 9:00 and the doors were locked. The hours on the door says 9:00 p.m. We called and they said they were closed and the drive thru was open until 9:30. We told them the door and website said 9:00. It wasn’t 8:30 when we were there. And there were people eating in the dining room. We didn’t want to go to the drive thru so we left. They need to change the info for the closing time.

I’d give less stars if I could. The new owners are horrible to their employees and condescending and rude to their customers. They also give you way less than what you pay for. Go to any other Dairy Queen, don’t go to this one.

I just came from there were I order 2 chicken baskets. The chicken was cold/old, the fries cold/hard and the toast was hard as rocks.this place has gone down hill for the last few months if not longer. They pretty much stole $20+ dollars from me. Will not every go back to this place. Horrible plain and simple!!!

Way, way, way overpriced. Got the 4 piece chicken tender box with drink and was subbing blizzard for drink. They ended up charging me for the full meal along with full price for the blizzard. Came with fries, but no ketchup. Plus chicken tenders tasted like something you get frozen from Costco and heated up in the oven. Overall a very poor meal for over $12. Turned me off to the entire franchise.
