Extremely slow! I’ve never waited over 30 minutes at a pharmacy before. Since our other pharmacy shut down and transferred our prescriptions here I’ve never waited 4 hours for medicine when sick or having sick children in the car or having to come all the way back and waste the gas.Today I tried to refill a prescription. Another lady and I stood at counter while the worker finished her coffee and waved at us for 25 minutes. After being asked when I wanted to pick up and I said as soon as possible and being told it would be at least 2 hours, I get the text 3 hours ready it is done. After driving all the way back to wetumpka I sat at drive thru for another 30 minutes with them all looking over and smiling at me while just standing around before getting my medicine.

For the most part the front end staff is nice but today one of the ladies rubbed me the wrong way. She didn’t speak upon me entering the store but someone of a different color came in after me and I could hear her speak to her from across the store. When I was about to checkout she comes from off the floor doing what she doing and asked could she check me out. I was like no I will use self check out and then she stood behind the counter until I rung all my items up. After I finished scanning all my items then she went back to doing what she was doing on the floor. Seems like she was changing labels. Almost felt like she was thinking I was gone take some. I shop here all the time and spend a decent amount of money but no more. I know protocol is in place but please follow it with every customer instead of certain ones.

This place is about the worst CVS I can think of. I had some trouble with him about 6 months ago. I have currently been with them over 2 almost 3 years.. It now has got back to where it is worse than it ever was, They will take the phone off the hook, and will not answer, I have waited on the phone for over 45 minutes. Several times. When you go over there they are really rude to you & Do not care how long you have been a customer. They have no customer service skills at all & I've called the corporate headquarters about them & Of course heard nothing back. Lately they've got this new pharmacist over there that has to be the rudest person I have ever met.. This is my worst review I've ever done and I hate that but the store will not do nothing about it and the corporate headquarters will not do nothing about it, So nobody cares so I'm going to be leaving the pharmacy which nobody cares Anyway, But I just want to make sure I put this review on here with the almost 4 million people that have looked at my reviews and the others I saw on here seem just as bad.. So thanks for no help CVS. I will never come into your store again if I have to drive 30 mi out of the way. I am so tired of it & I'm just waiting for my prescriptions to run out and I am out of there.. Which again I'm sure nobody cares, So Thanks for nothing....

This place has become horrible over the past 2 years. The wait time for sick children's medication is unreal 1 prescription for antibiotics take over and hour and a half. This is the third time I've wait over and hour and a half for mine or my children medicine! I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone I will be changing my pharmacy very soon! The website is no good and the drive thru is way worse than just going inside!and you can never get anyone on the phone

Whoever was working on 12/18/23... horrible attitudes and work slow. Was at the ER until 5 in the morning then went to drop off the prescription and they were very rude from the get-go. It took almost up to 3 hours in there while dealing with their bad attitudes. I am done and I'm changing pharmacies.

I was on hold from 10am until noon yesterday before I finally went up there because they kept telling me my medication was too soon to fill when I was literally picking it up a day late. I was in drivethru for over 45mins and was told my prescription would be processed and ready in 2 hours because they were busy, but they would have to fill my medication for 1 pill short due to a National shortage which I said was completely fine about 4 times before the technician finally took my word for it. She told me call in about 2 hours for price and everything. I called at 5pm and was again on hold until they closed. They never answered my phone call. To top it all off I am looking in my app now and they literally did not do a single thing I asked them to do. So now I have to go without my medications because they can’t do their job. Even if I wanted to call them about it I can’t because they won’t answer the phone. The attitude is beyond bad there. I mean what kind of a pharmacy does this to their patients?!

So disappointed in the service received from the Wetumpka CVS pharmacy tonight. Trying to fill medicine for my daughter who is very sick. The pharmacy staff who came in at 6:00 were very disgruntal and rude. I was first there at 5:30 and that staff was much better. I waited and waited after leaving the doctors office after the medicane was called in. They told me I could go ahead and leave because it would be a while. I get home and wait over an hour and a half before calling. I sat on hold for 10 minutes to get hung up on, then another 16 minutes before calling the front of the store manager (Kim) from a different phone- while still on hold. Kim was very helpful and took my info back to the pharmacy and then they very promptly answered the phone and continued to be rude. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. If I was rating just Kim she would get 5 stars. PHARMACY 0.

Horrible! Be prepared when you call, to have to call back for three days and wait 45 min before you finally hang up and try later. No one answers the phone. When they finally do after A WEEK of trying, they are rude. Do better CVS

Alison did a great job giving shots to my 9-year old and me. We arrived a half an hour early and didn't have to wait at all. We'll definitely be back.

Rude disrespectful service from the staff and it is always the same ones. Mostly at night time. They do not care at all. All we want is our medication. We don't call or come in with the attitude that y'all give us. Also hanging up on someone is uncalled for. Do better for the people!

Don’t bother calling them because they don’t answer or they answer then hang up the phone on you. Doctors office can’t even get though to cancel a prescription to have to sent some place else! DO BETTER!!

Just trying to get some batteries and drinks and had to use self-checkout machine. It wasn't working right. So the CVS staff member had to come and it took twice as long to scan in. I mentioned it would be faster just using a register and she was very rude saying 80% of sales had to go thru it.

They do not care. I have a sick child waiting on an antibiotic. They told me it would be in after lunch and then when I called after lunch, the woman who answered kept smacking her gum and asked for the date of birth three times. Then she just very unapologetically told me it’ll be in tomorrow. No apology, no concern, just went on about their business. Did not even pretend to care. Shameful.

The pharmacy staff is excellent! We live in Montgomery and traded at our local CVS over 20 years but prefer this CVS. The customer service is great the store is always clean and they are eager to answer questions. We make the drive from Montgomery just to be treated right and we know that when a prescription is filled it’s done right! Again thank you for your great service and dedication to your customers!

I called the pharmacy for a refill and the lady said it would be ready in an hour. It was not ready, we went back 3 hours later still not ready and they didn't even have it. I wish I could have received a phone call stating they did not have the medicine in stock instead of wasting two trips. They finally told us to go to another CVS pharmacy.

Came in to get meds and they closed the window on me for their lunch break. I waited until they open again and then got behind a car at the drive through for 20 min. I couldn’t back out because cars were behind me too. If someone’s meds aren’t ready have them circle around the building. Please use some common sense!The girl at the window was super nice but I was already frustrated for waiting so long.

I can not thank the staff at CVS in wetumpka, al enough for helping my mom today. She had an anxiety attack while there and their customer service was hands down the best I've ever seen. I'm so grateful my mom was safe and taken care of until I could get there!!

It’s a assistant store manager at the CVS in wetumpka that’s absolutely awesome. She makes you feels so welcomed it’s unreal. I had to ask was she the owner because i never seen anything like it. Thanks a lot Juakita you’re awesome.

This CVS store used to be my first choice for prescription drugs in the tri county area. With a staff change across the last few years, the pharmacy service has dramatically degraded.They repeatedly were several hours off their stated Rx pick up times. A few times I've dropped off written scripts on one evening, then go to retrieve the prescription the next evening, just for them to begin to fill that order AFTER I arrive.I've moved my pharmacy requests to be serviced next door.

If I could leave zero stars I would! The pharmacy is a joke!!! The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I have given this pharmacy chance after chance and I'm really disappointed in how they act towards their customers! Please go to a pharmacy that cares about privacy and customer service.
