Great, friendly Place! Bc I'm not from AL and was visiting from GA, it was difficult to find the entrance. We nearly had to walk all the way around the building. It would be very helpful if the owners would put a sign "entrance in the back," for folks who aren't native, like us.

I give this place 5 stars I'll tell you why I've been going to thiS GROCERY STORE 33 YEARS WHEN I WALK THough THESE DOORS ITs Always HELLO KENNY BY one of the owner operators taking pride in there business I love that making you feel like familyThere always there offering to help with any question you might have easy going though the store with convenient placement of order vary reasonable pricing compared to other local stores every Wednesday markdown to save even more $$ which is vary important these days and always have a very friendly checkout person to get you out and back to your busy life styles todayConvenient hours 7 days a week don't forget to say hello to miss Carol

This Old Town grocery store has the best prices around. Great selection of items, Grocery, and just about anything else you might need. They even have toys for children! The friendly staff will greet you at the door and take care of all your needs. I would highly recommend this grocery store.

I give give stars because have what I like I like walking in that front door what do I here Everytime hi Kenny how are you doingI'm doing great thanks for asking that right make me feel great I love shopping there friendliest people they ask about my mother as well see it's like going shopping at your aunt place the prices are great compare to other stores and never have to wait in line always got there backup waiting they always double the 2litres and the heavy stuff so you don't get to the car and it busted on right in the parking manIt's got all the same stuff that the pay double stores it's got a five star rating right from my heart

Wonderful old school grocery store kinda like it might've been back in the day. Very fair prices and good selection. We got 2.5 dozen eggs for about 2 bucks. Got steaks for grilling out at the lake house we rented. Parking is behind the county courthouse. Staff was nice and helpful. A lot more fun than going to Walmart.

This is small town shopping at it's finest. The staff is absolutely the friendliest group of people you will ever meet. Prices are up and down as in any grocery but on the average you will leave with more groceries for "X" amount of dollars then anywhere close. The building is old but well maintained and clean. I know when I go in to make a purchase I'm paying for the food I'm walking out with not the new store the competitor just rebuilt. I've shopped the Pig in Bowdon and when the cashier rang up $47.00 for two days groceries, I just tipped my hat and left the groceries on the counter I can buy two days worth of groceries equivalent to what I had in the cart at the Pig, at Perryland for roughly a $20.00 bill and probably get a little change back. Drive to Walmart they can't match Perrylands can good prices. And finally, what's it worth to you in dollars to be able to walk into a store where the people working there are able to greet you by name? That's the clincher for me. I have to pass by the competition to get to Perryland from my home. I was running short on time one evening and stopped in the new store to pick up something for supper...and evidently make a payment on the new deli. Never again. I love shopping Perryland Grocery! I can only say it again, small town shopping at it's finest!

Enjoy coming to this Perryland Foods in Wedowee,AL.The employees are all nice.The variety of meat isn't expensive.They sell plants outside like flowers & tomatoes.And they sell alot of unique gifts.And they are much cheaper than other grocery stores in the area.
