Any time I go to the pharmacy, like today to pick up my medication that was texted me was ready. The young man the 1st time gave me my dad's medicine. This time he said that you have no refills for that medication. Then he gives my medication to my dad. How hard is it to look up birthday and give the proper medication. This is so dangerous. How many other people are getting the wrong medicine.

I felt like this company needed an updated review from my original one because everyone needs to know how amazing they are!! I recently underwent a surgery and was hospitalized for 2 days for post operative complications. From post surgery to hospitalization to having my prescriptions filled after being discharged, these people were the most kind and caring people I have encountered! They called while I was admitted about my vaccine and when they heard the news, they immediately expressed concern, empathy, and compassion as well as letting me know they were there for me if I needed anything. Now THAT is going above and beyond for your customers. I will always be a customer at Cleburne Pharmacy no matter what. These people are genuinely caring and concerned for you and your health. Definitely the BEST pharmacy around with the most amazing people!!

Got my flu shot.They were there for my appointment time And very professional.The girl that gave me the shot did a really good job, hardly felt it at all, and not sore the next day

This pharmacy Is a embarrassment. My with was diagnosed a 3C Mucinous Ovarian Cancer at 28. With a 20% chance to survive 3 months. After receiving High Pac Chemotherapy surgery and the Rotterdam Regime by God's good graces she is still here. But, when a pharmacist is completely unprofessional out of frustration with a client and states. "Your last pharmacist is likely glad you moved." It is completely unacceptable. I understand my wife can be a handful, but when her doctor has approved a refill on a medication which had been approved days before hand. And blatenly saying you don't have it instead of doing your job and making contact with the doctors office. They say they called my wife's physician. The staff at Tanner Medical said otherwise. This is the second time I've had an issue with the staff here. Which includes the misfilling of medications.And the lack of humanitarianism and empathy shown is a bit much. The owners of this establishment is welcome to email or contact me.

Totally incompetent... and have no interest in customer satisfaction.. not hard to treat humans decent...at this place it is.....and refuses service.... looks great for them ... not wanting to deal with a cancer patient
