Great little hardware store, and the staff are always super helpful! Glad they are near me. They do have a little bit of a markup on some things but that is just how Ace stores tend to be. I do like that this place either stocks or can order mower and lawn equipment parts. They are also a Stihl retailer which is great!

Excellent selection of real old-time hardware and good service. No appliances or furniture or " home center " stuff. Tools, fasteners, paint and plumbing etc they have in abundance. The store is much bigger than it looks. It occupies several adjoining store fronts. They also have a nice 🐈 cat that you can pet.

Warrior Ace Hardware, what's not to love about this place. Employees are extremely knowledgeable and quick to help with any questions or point you in the right direction.This is not your average hardware store. Only got a 2 star because Church the Ace cat is adorable. I wasn't able to use my $5 reward which i had earned, Got email for it, that was the only reason I came to ace. They kind of embarrassed me in line instead. The store was a disaster and I felt like I had to fend of people asking me If I needed help like 5 times is excessive let me look in peace. All in all a horrible experience I just felt overwhelmed in this store.

They had a young guy help us with the bolt and washers. He was very nice and helpful. Couldn't say the same about the young girl working the register. She wasn't friendly at all.

Had what I was looking for but, the young lady working was rude when I was told the amount it's was 10.18 I gave the lady 20.18 she give me 9.82 back I told the lady I gave her the .18 so I wouldn't get all that change she said oh yea you did and gave me the .18 back and got rude and said here's you change now deal with it , sorry to say it was a Saturday 13 2023 and I was that person that went out of the store with a loud voice complaining

Has less hardware selection than a Walmart and much steeper prices. On top of that, the franchises are independent so they don't honor company policies.

Always a good experience here, lots of knowledgeable staff with really good attitude and actual hardware that rivals some of the big box stores and I am constantly surprised that the prices are often lower too. I sometimes have to go to the other places because of the job proximity, so I can make an honest comparison. And Larry is always expanding his product lines.

They are the kindest, most helpful people. Why drive down to Lowe's when the local Ace is going to have what you need and a familiar face to ask questions to? Bonus points for the store cat, Winston. It's worth making a trip just to pet him!

I stopped in to get some extra keys made for church. The lady at the cash register was friendly and attentive. She was making phone calls for "will call" orders, but acknowledged me quickly. She found out I needed and got someone over to help. I browsed the store, which was clean and organized. My keys were not only inexpensive and made quickly, but all of them were made correctly and worked. I highly recommend this store!

I want to thank the employees of your Warrior store. I have always been treated special and helped right away. On 3/30/20 I did a lot of shopping to get my veggie garden started. The two employees in the garden shop were so helpful with my selections. Also they loaded everything into my car. Then when I went inside I bought numerous items. When I got home I received a call from Christy who told me I had forgotten an item at the store. She took the time to look up my Ace Instant Savings Card for my telephone number to contact me. Great service, limited inventory due to the fact its an ace and not lowes or home depot but they have the basics prices are a little high but I love the feel of the small town hardware store.

The people that work in this store are knowledgeable, very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I do minor repairs around my house to save. They always have the time to explain how different parts that I thnk I need work and send me home with what I really needed. The lady that works outside with the plants in spring and summer is awesome. She has some great tips to share on the type of flowers that do best in this area.

Love going here. They got everything I need. The prices are fair and I get to see my buddy Church the cat at this location. Yes church the cat lives here. You might not see him all the time but other times he's not napping or doing what cats do then he's being social.

When you need excellent service, prompt service and service with a genuine smile. ACE in Warrior is the place. They know me by name and know what I like and do not like. I find it worth the extra cost (which is very minimal) to save the extra time and energy going into town for a big box store experience.I have often called ahead to have my order ready for pickup on my way home from work. Very nice and convenient.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Warrior Ace. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and take the time to help patrons find exactly what they need. In the event there's something I need that they don't carry, associates either make an effort to order it for me or tell me where I can find it. You won't find Warrior Ace's quality of service at a Lowe's or Home Depot.

Website says this store opens at 7 but I've been here since 6:55 and there's still no lights on or activity inside. Updated store hours on your website would be helpful
