Cookie had a great experience today! Friendly folks! Make sure to take cash or check to pay and when taking them the first time vet records for immunizations..something I didn't realize till there to drop him off.

This is the only groomer I’ve found in the Birmingham / Jefferson County area with good customer service matching a great reputation. It’s worth traveling a little distance for excellent service and care.

A good groomer is becoming hard to find. I blame my dog mostly, but these folks actually didn't have an issue with him as far as I know. Friendly people and they did a great job! We will be regulars

I took our little PekiPom Peanut to have him groomed .I explained to her tha he has anxiety. She told me to bring him in later, she took him straight in and she called me just a little over a hour and told me to come pick him up..he looks great and I definitely will be using her in the future

Today was our first day taking our dog to a groomer. He's a German Shepard/Australian shepherd mix so lots and LOTS of fur. He's an anxious fur baby, too. They did SO great with our dog! He looks and feels SO much better! Thanks SO much to all of the staff! Everyone was super nice and was very patient with all my questions. I would highly recommend!

Holly and her team are fantastic. They take great care of the pets and they always do a great job. Pricing is fair and they are very nice and they will even teach you things about your dog you may need to know in the future to care for them. I have been using Holly's for a few years now and I would definitely recommend her and her team for any of your grooming needs.

Love this place. First timer with a little elderly dog that has every issue this breed can have. They took care of her goodI'll definitely be a customer for as long as my precious fur baby is still with me. Very friendly staff, little bit of a parking issue but worth it. Definitely get a bang for your buck. Thanks for being so good to my baby and doing everything she needed, which was alot. God bless yall. Extremely happy customer.

Owner is very sweet and her staff will go out of the way to please. She is a dog whisper! She moved the shop off of Hwy 160 for the Safety of your baby's. She took on more overhead just to keep client's safe. The best I know and I am sure all that know her will agree.

Holly and her crew are unbelievable! We have dogs that no one else can groom because of behavioral problems. Holly and her groomers are able to groom them with no issues. They look great, and aren't traumatized when they come home. We won't use anyone else!

These groomers are the best I have found. Our fur babies love going to the spa for the day to get handsomed up😊. The place is clean and you can tell they really care about the animals.

I love this groomer!! They call the day before as a reminder, they clip my dog exactly as I tell them and the last time the groomer that did such a good job actually took a goodwhile talking to me to make sure what I wanted. On top of everything they really are great with my dog like walking her to go to the bathroom outside.

I wouldn't take yours dogs here. One of their groomers Kim Daily starved her own dog to death. Just be aware if she does it to her own dog what is she doing to yours.
