Store was cluttered and there are never enough employees. There was a mess up with my card because of the cashier and the manager came to fix it, the cashier checked a couple of people out and then went outside to sit in her truck and smoke while the manager dealt with her mess up and had other customers waiting while my issue was being fixed.

Love this place. I enjoy shopping here because the staff are awesome. The store manager just kills me every time I go in there. Between him and the rest of the employees, it makes my whole trip worthwhile.They do get busy a lot and sometimes don’t have have enough registers opened, but they always manage to get things covered and still take the time out to help someone with what they are looking for. It seems like it’s rather crowded for the size of their store but then again these days almost every store seems as if there isn’t enough room to move around the store comfortably.

Bare shelves everywhere. Location is perfect. Conveniently located for good access and staff are friendly. But convenience is gone if you still have to go to town because they are out ove everything. Need better inventory management. Many of the other stores don't seem to fall this short on things.

It's a good store for good quick pick ups but it would be better if the isles weren't blocked by the stocking carts. I know the store needs to be stocked but it's also very hard to have a good shopping experience when the isles are blocked and hard to get a buggy through the store in some places.

Not good. Always locking the doors to do whatever it is like stocking the shelves. It's 3:45 in the afternoon. Come on dg, get ya s**t together.

Used the self check out and tried to use coupons asked for help and the employee just tried to use the coupons like I did then told me the machine didn’t take them as walked away to counting using the extra register to ring customers up. The machine didn’t say you couldn’t use coupons but that you had to wait till the end. She didn’t even ask if I wanted to move to a normal register so I could use my coupons. Just felt like it was too much effort and too busy to give me the help I needed and it was easier to tell me that and walk away then try to compensate for the fact there isn’t even a sign informing you that the machine doesn’t take coupons. I wouldn’t have gone to self check if it hadn’t taken coupons. Though I think the customer before me used a coupon at the self check??TLDR:No sign informing self checkout didn’t take coupons, associate didn’t help me other than trying to scan them and walked away without trying to help me further.

I love that it's close, and I go 2-3 times a week. Although store is full of loaded merchandise carts that fill back isles and makes it impossible at times to move around. It's very frustrating. The cards are not stocked regular, which may not be the actual stores fault. Some employees are very friendly while others are not, though no one is ever rude. But it's close and convenient for last minute items, so nothing bad enough I'd stay away.

If you go at the wrong time you will be stuck in that place for an hour I'm not sure why they do not have two employees working registers. The customers really have to put up with about an hour wait sometimes just to get a couple things. Their customer service is good as far as being nice to you but if you are in a hurry I do not recommend to stop and get that Dollar General.

Lots to say but I’m gonna keep it short. I’ve noticed that they are starting to carry some really nice home decor items in addition to what they already carry. I get a number of grocery items cheaper there and I love my digital coupons and especially my $5 off $25

Stop at this location almost every other day. Kasey one of the sales associates is quite literally one of the nicest, helpful, and overall one of the most positive people i ever come into contact with. The world would be a better place with more people like her in it.

This dollar general has improved as far as items for purchase but has not run appropriately since Mary was manager with her crew. They placed food on Friday, paper products on Saturday with placement of pet food both days to keep our pets eating as well. Now, frequently I'm unable to fulfill my order. It's not run efficiently; one person can't place rolltainer fast enough.

Employees were helpful after I got to the register to purchase a phone charging cord. I got the wrong one. I asked if it was a C type cord and she said no, let me get it for you and she did. Took less than 2 minutes.

Everyone here is so friendly and will help u with anything from a question to getting product from the top shelf. Kasey, Tammy and I'm sorry but didn't get the young girls name that was working the register by the door around 7pm tonight, y'all r so awesome. Love u girls. Keep up the good work. I always refer people to ur store instead of some of the other locations. At alot of the other locations within a 25 mile radius act like ur the worst person and disturbing them if u ask for help or need a question answered. Please forsure keep these 3 young ladies at this store. I haven't had the best experience with this store in the past and u have the perfect team amongst u now. Please treat them right corporate.

Under current situations, the only people wearing face mask were my daughter and I. The employees not any of several customers were not. I will not risk going there again until a vaccine is proven or the virus is gone.

Staff was very caring,helpful in helping me find items and reach items I couldn't reach. Smiling and sweet personalities. They greet me when I came in and Thanked me as I left. I dont see or hear that in so many places I have shopped. And with quarantining Covid,who DOESNT need people like them right now. I just know they made my shopping experience sincerely peaceful and pleasant to be there. Cashier Tammy was very rude. I was going to ask if they had a certain thing and before I even got "do you have" out of my mouth she was already shaking her head no and saying "no". Store was very cluttered & disorganized which is the case with most all DG stores now.

I will never set foot in that location again. About 9 people in line. One cashier. One woman, after ringing up 14 bags of groceries didn't get her 5 discount. The cashier had no clue how to fix it, so she had to void and ring up tue whole order. Now there are 12 people in linee. The other cashier playing games on her phone out front. That is ridiculous. 7 people walked out with is.

This complaint is about the Dollar General on Thomas Road in Warrior, Al. The employees don't wear masks & don't enforce the customers to wear masks either. The store is always filthy. I bought a cell phone charger which costs $15. It lasted 2 weeks. I could not find my receipt even though I did have the package it came in. I took it back to exchange it they refused to do anything about it. I went to another Dollar General & gladly exchanged it for a new one.

The isles are to narrow and It's hard to navigate around the store. It's a very busy store and there's always a line. You have to ask someone to open another register. The staff is friendly and nice.

Aisles are cluttered. Never have anything out on shelves. Wait forever to check out. Manager sits on his butt and does absolutely nothing
