My husband and I have been Cricket customers for several months. We switched from Verizon. Best decision ever. I actually have service at my house now. We have always had wonderful service everytime we go into the store. The 2 ladies there are very helpful and very nice. I do recommend every one to use Warrior Cricket Wireless for all your cell phone needs.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. The people who work here don't know what they're doing. I had to show her how to set my new phone up and I've never even worked for a cell phone company..

Angie did a great Job of explaining everything and multitasking . She is super sweet and works so hard, she was exhausted but did a great job. I would say give her a raise bc she is awesome. I got the phone I wanted and was happy. 10 10 recommend

My dad visited this store on 6/12/23 and the representative told him he did not have hotspot on his phone (lie) and then illegally changed my pin code without my license or permission to do so, train your employees to help not screw up someones 9 year running account.

Do not use cricket. Bought 2 new iphones with new SIM cards from this store 2 months ago and now one doesn’t work. It says SOS only and doesn’t work. I went to cricket in Warrior and they said it’s an error on cricket. But wants me to pay for a new SIM card. I told them that the customer shouldn’t be having to pay since the phones and SIM cards are almost brand new.The representative Trista was on her morning zoom call with her district manger “Gigi.” Gigi was cussing on the phone when she was trying to talk to Trista on her morning 10:15 call. I asked if I can speak to Gigi about my issue and Gigi said no! Gigi told Trista the customer needs to pay for the sim chip even though it’s crickets fault. After waiting an hour they confirmed it was my SIM card that’s only 2 months old! So they made me pay for a new SIM card! Put the new SIM card in and it worked immediately.The SIM card hasn’t been touched in the phone since the day we bought it at this store two months ago. Their SIM cards are junk and if you google this issue there’s a lot of customers that are having the same issue since the latest update.Trista was very nice and was great! But Cricket shouldn’t be charging customers for new SIM cards when it’s their issue during the last update!
