Just received and set up my FB20 GEN3 racks from TGR. (when I say set up I mean I hooked up a thermostat.) I am absolutely blown away at the quality and craftsmanship put into these racks! even the optional ventilation are beautifully done. I will be purchasing more, and strongly recommend!

Just bought my second rack from TGR. I was happy the 1st time and still happy after a year, so I bought the larger sized rack. The fit and finish on both is excellent. I love the FB tubs with the water holders. The heat tape is holding up well and I love how it is raised off the bottom shelf. There are many other vendors for PVC racks I have seen and I like the construction of TGR the best. If you don't have the money or amount of snakes to justify the cost of the metal racks, TGR is the best of the small rack systems in my opinion.

With the new rack coming this will be my 5th full rack and i have had a lot of their single Fb10s, FB40s and even an FB90. Eric does an excellent job at customer service. I find the rack to be very well made yet still light to carry on my own (and I have a bad back so it is important). Tubs are awesome being they are FB tubs. All my snakes are happy and I am happy so I do highly recommend this company for your snake habitat needs. Pictured are the 7 high FB10. 5 high FB20. Single FB40 and Single FB90 with vision FB tub

Just received my snake scale from TGR Rack Systems! The scale arrived in perfect condition, and is fully functional and pinpoint accurate. Surprisingly, it came earlier than I had expected from reading other reviews. I'm giving a 4/5 experience just because the shipping was so expensive. I get it, they're not Amazon, they can't whip out 2-day shipping for $5, but still, it wasn't cheap. But overall, great experience and received constant updates on my order.

I absolutely love my new TGR FB70 double Rack! Eric and his staff where wonderful to do business with, and communication from order to pick up was excellent! For my first rack purchase I'm extremely happy with the look and quality of these racks that use high quality materials. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future!

This was my first rack for my collection of snakes and I wanted the best. So I purchased one from TGR. I was going to post a review that was very negative because of the extended wait I had for the rack however once the rack came in, I forgot all about how long I had to wait lolThe rack came packaged very well and had no damage. The assembly was very easy and took no time at all. Once I setup the heat tape to the thermostat it ran flawlessly.So if your looking for a rack check out TGR and talk to Eric.

Excellent service. I recently ordered a 5 rack set from them and upon receiving a delay they immediately informed me and kept me up to date on my order. The product I received was exactly what I ordered, and included instructions and directions to videos on help for construction on their website to put everything together. When the time comes, I would definitely order from them again. Also, they have great customer support that replies fast and answers your questions. Superb service and I am very impressed and happy with their service. Highly recommend for any potential buyers.

I was dissapointed that my order took so long and called a couple times to complain. I found out why things were happening that was out of their control and that was making delivery late.I received my order and it was very well packaged and quite secure. The box was thick and study as well. Granted it took awhile to get what I ordered but it was surely a product worth waiting for! I totally recommend their rack systems as they are top notch and will order from them again in the future. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the amount of time it took to receive my order. If you plan on buying from TGR, plan ahead. The time will be worth the money and you'll be happy with your rack system

I started early on with TGR. I bought two of the first ones. They worked great, but had a few issues. They then made the generations 2s.....all the issues are gone and the racks are AMAZING. I have done my entire ball python breeding business in TGR and couldn't be happier. They look professional, work professional, and have been rock solid.

I've purchased 2 racks from TGR, one FB10 7 rack several months ago comes pre-assembled. Thoroughly enjoyed using it, still functions wonderfully. Decided to purchase the FB20 5 rack as my snakes grew and wasn't disappointed. The pre-assembled racks are ready to go in conjunction with a reliable thermostat. Would recommend this company, just make sure to plan very far ahead the wait for a rack is quite long, but posted very clearly on their website, and also keep your eyes open for special sales if you are not in a hurry and trying to save a little money.

I placed my order for one 5 stack FB70 on October 12, 2019. At the time it was 8 week shipping and may extend to 10 weeks. I am currently in the middle of week 13 with no rack yet. The email communication has been poor to say the least. On 12/13/19 I was told to touch base by the following Monday cause they would have my fulfillment email by then. Well it’s now 01/08/2020 and the last email I got was they don’t do refunds (which is my fault I didn’t read the terms) but hopefully it comes soon and if they make it right I will update this post. So my FB70 finally arrived on 01/23/2020, so far it has been a decent product. I liked the ease of the setup and good packaging on the delivery. I would order again if they can find a way to produce them faster then 4 months at a time.

Super impressed with the design and craftsmanship of my FB10 rack. TGR racks are in high demand, which leads to a fairly lengthy lead time based on availability of the components needed. The wait is worth it! 10/10 highly recommend!

I absolutely love my racks that came in! Even when I was being super impatient and sent emails out regarding about my order I was answered back within 24 hours. Even though it was longer than the expected date of getting my racks it was totally worth it in the end! My boys love their new home.

BUYER BEWARE!! "All sales are final on custom orders, no returns or cancellations will be allowed on custom orders. Racks / Caging and Incubators are considered CUSTOM as they are built to order based on the selections you choose." I placed an order on August 17th, 2019 for a FB40 single "custom" rack. As of November 5th, 2019 I have not received my order. I tried to cancel the order on October 16th, 2019 and was told I could not because it was a "custom order". There is no logical reason TGR could not cancel my order if it was not even built yet. The TGR site claims "Current lead time on RACKS is approx 8 weeks *due to manufacturing delays some orders may extend up to 10 weeks*". It has been almost 12 weeks since I placed my order. On October 18th, 2019 I received this message: "I spoke with Eric, you will receive a fulfillment email late Monday, early Tuesday. The tracking number will follow and your order will be dispatched next week." I received that message over two weeks ago from today (November 5th, 2019) and I still have not received my order. This is not the first time I ordered from TGR but it will be my last. Once TGR has your money that's it. If it takes them a year to ship your "custom" rack so be it, you will not get a refund because your order is considered "custom" because of the 3 or 4 options TGR offers you to pick from. My next step is to dispute the charge with PayPal.

TGR Rack Systems and Eric White were a pleasure to deal with!. We had an order mishap that was 100% my fault and Eric worked patiently and diligently with me as well as Fedex until all three of my boxes arrived. I highly recommend TGR Rack Systems.

I order a rack 4/4/18 spent over $1000 on a 4 tub rack which is extremely expensive . Then added to the same order a week later which I was told wont delay delivery and I was charged a separate shipping fee $76 which i could not underatand because it was not shipped yet or even close to being made but I did not make it a issue. So now im about $150 in shipping fees. Delivery states 4-6 wks the 6th wk came and gone no delivery then I was promised it would be delivered 5/17/18 and it hasnt even been shipped yet. Now I have a few boas with no home becasue I had them shipped to me because I was guaranteed delivery. This process started 4/4/18 TGR sends me a email after sending multiple emails and phone calls that they refunded one delivery fee due thier delivery not being on time but did charge still charged me for the amended order delivery. What a complete joke. I got some lame excuse that they are backed up and short help. I should not be charged and delivery fee at all and I should be compensated some how being i had to buy a temporary home for my Boas until my racks show up. Good luck ordering from this place NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!. Better look into another rack system not only are their prices high they wont deliver on time and to believe the guarantees.5/19 u didnt Guarantee me via email becauae u did it over the phone when i spoke to u. Say what u want but I never made it a issue with the delay until u gave me a date because U would of made arrangements around the shipping of the racks. Do to your negligence Know im screwed. #CustomerIguessiswrong.

Being that the rack system I have is missing the tubs, which are still in transit by the way I waited almost 2 months barring the fact that there was miscommunication which I can understand may delay it a little however if their customer service was more responsive it might not gave taken so long. I felt like I was being talke down to from the owner and now I recieved a package without the tubs that I paid for.... now having to wait longer since the estimated time is this friday. So not entirely happy with the wait and not entirely happy with customer service. Also as a side note pretty sure the owner blocked my account from making reviews on their facebook page being that I cannot message them through Facebook or make comments on their posts. I guess I'll update this when I am able to use the rack system.

It took over 4 months for them to even ship my rack out. In the process I was denied a refund, genuinely not unimpressed with the rack itself. I do not recommend tgr racks to anyone.

Quite awesome folks to work with. Eric had quite a handful (19 boxes full) of an order from me. Lead time is long but well worth the wait. Plan better for your expansions so that time isnt critical and you will be very happy with everything they can do for you! Thanks again Eric!Anthony Ware

We first met them at a local reptile expo. Very nice guy. So we purchased a snake from him and ordered a drawer. The next week we received the drawer but it was damages, in shipping I am sure. I contacted him and he asked that I send him pictures so he can file a claim and he assured me he would send a replacement out. Well here we are 3 weeks later and about 10 calls and emails and I JUST NOW got the replacement today. Communication with this company is HORRIBLE. I was given the run around many times. Very poor customer service and nothing but excuses.

I love this rack system first of all I had my ball in a terrarium and I knew that balls don’t usually like big open spaces in the wild and usually just hide in abandoned dens so I looked into other caging options and came across these rack systems very great idea from the built in cup holders to the easily sliding in and out tubs might I add very friendly customer service I will definitely be ordering more from this company

I’m not one to leave a negative review, but horrible customer service and response time. In the past 10 days I’ve called 8 times, left 3 voicemails, texted, fb messenger, and emailed twice about any information at all about these rack systems and possibly placing an order. I’ve had no response at all. Enough said..
