I can't really give a review since I never had the opportunity to use their services. They called me the day before I was to leave for my vacation and said my pet was missing an immunization and she needed to have it in her system a couple of days before they could take her. Gee thanks, now the day before I leave, I have to find other arrangements when I contacted them two weeks before my vacation to make sure everything was taken care of for them to keep her. They were nice and called my vet and explained to them what happened so my vet will be boarding her.

The girl who groomed my baby boy jasper did an amazing job, he took to her immediately and she made him feel safe and kept him comfortable. She is 100% our new groomer . The pictures below are a before & after. I can't say enough great things about this business. If you're looking for a good groomer that you can trust with your fur babies, this is the place.

We have been trying different groomers trying to find one we really like for our 3 dogs and this place is it! This is by far the best groomer we have been to. One of our dogs gets really nervous they really made her feel comfortable.

Love this place. We board our dog Harvey here. Sometimes it's just over night or sometime a week or longer. We know he is safe and well take care of. The staff is FANTASTIC. The suites are huge and had plenty of room to play and sleep. Exceptionally clean, but most importantly, they love our dog and take very, very good care of him. Harvey loves going there and we have no worries when we leave him.

This pet salon and hotel is just the best place!!! I’ve used them twice and both times my dogs have had a great experience. They are well taken care of and given space to go out and play and even are able to walk around inside, socializing with the other “occupants of the hotel.” They were bathed and had their nails clipped and filed. Overall, a wonderful place to keep your pet when you’re away. I think my dogs actually missed being there for a bit after they get home! 💜
