This is my first time owning a dog that needs to be groomed frequently. The Dog House was referred to me by a friend and we love it. Since our Bernedoodle is still a puppy (but 85 lbs) we wanted a place that is fast and cage free. I like that they can wash and groom him quickly. I know that when I drop him off, he's being attended too and not being multi-tasked with other dogs.His cuts are sharp looking and the customer service has been great. He often times get compliments on his grooming.We have had 3 cuts with them so far and I have ZERO complaints.

I would have given them no stars because this place and the employees are 100% straight trash! This is what 50 dollars get you at this horrible bogus place, very unprofessional and rude. When I complained about this butchery I was met with hostility and yelling. I will never return to these ignorant, incompetent, amateurs ever again,

Super friendly staff and to book and it only takes a little over an hour for grooming! I love that my dog is not there for hours compared to other places.

We took our dog to the Dog House for bath and grooming and were told they use safe for eyes shampoo. After picking our dog up at 4:00 PM, we were at emergency dog clinic at 9:00 PM with eye damage and medicines. Many hundreds of dollars later, our dog had been treated for the damage caused at The Dog House. So wanted to let owner know and left several messages. Finally got a call back where owner said she could not believe that this was the cause. She said she was going to call the emergency vet as she did not believe that it could have been their treatment that created the issue. I was happy to give her the name of the Veterinarian who treated our dog and the contact info and she promised to call me back. Still waiting for that return call……

Never have had a better groomer than The Dog House/ Thor has been going there for (2?) years, now and has always looked exceptionally great after ever cut. Prices are affordable- no cages- and he’s back to me within 3 hours (at the longest). It’s by appt only which is great for me. 10/10 paw prints.

I have been using Dog House 2 for years, both before and after the change in ownership. The new owner, Paige, and her staff, have been outstanding in every regard. Their work is excellent. More importantly, they care about the dogs and it shows in both work and attitude. The Dog House 2 was wonderful in the midst of the pandemic. Their curbside pick-up and drop off were and are a game changer. The staff have also bent over backwards to accommodate my daughter's dog (who was visiting on short notice). They are a local small business and they are more than worthy of your patronage.If I might address one issue, from another post. Because of "Life" happening from time to time, I have forgotten an appointment and I was charged a late fee, per policy. I understood the policy at the beginning. These types of policies are routine. So for any, complaining about said policy, I suspect it's something you knew about and just didn't think it applied to you. You honestly sound a little entitled; a temper tantrum by review.Paige, and the staff at Dog House 2 do an excellent job and they care for, and about, your dogs. Again, this is a local business (always better to support your local businesses), populated with great people, doing a great job. What more could you want for you or your dog! Thank you, Paige!

Karen Dibble is an awesome pet groomer. She is able to adapt to the animals and tries in every way to keep the furbabies comfortable in what they consider stressful situations like scissors and hair dryers and all. The Dog House business over is a wonderful place and I recommend it.

Hahahaha! As I read the reviews it becomes immensely apparent to me the one stars are "those" people. Probably believe the rules don't apply to them and think the service industry as a whole is their own personal crew of slaves. I have used them for years and I can think of 8 other friends of mine who still use them (years) after my suggestion. I am a walking scrooge yet this place brings a smile to my face and my dogs actually LIKE to come here. That says it all for me. Shame on me for not reviewing this place sooner. 10/5 stars!

Kat and all the girls were great with my dog. He got a great cut. They were very efficient and all the employees were very nice. I will definitely be using them again!!! Overall great experience for me and my dog.

DO NOT GO HERE! This place is extremely unprofessional and they do not value their customers. They lack customer service skills, will not keep your pet very long after they are done with the grooming, don't take credit cards, and the employees smell like smoke. Their cancellation policy is terrible. There are so many good places to go in town, don't make the same mistake I did!

Love the one on one care, with no cages too. Very polite, and my dog fell asleep while grooming.There are no lesbians or hillbillies! Lol not that I would care. If my dog loves you, I love you!

They are very hard to schedule , not flexible and will charge you if you are late . I would never recommend them again. They claim to be more expensive because they are cage free but not justified.
