VERY reasonable priced. Friendly staff. Moved from Florida this pass May and I am very pleased with his services. The 26th one of my babies is having surgery for a mass on her tummy. She has already had 2 cancer surgeries around that area so I will see how Dr Cash does handling surgery.

very good! you can tell they really truly care for you; and your pets. the vets here are friendly and nice. I have taken two of my cats and my dog here for visits and spay, and it's all been a good experience each time

The vet was very good and was able to prescribe antibiotics for our dog but nothing was mentioned to me that whatever they gave my dog while he was there was going to make him defecate uncontrollably. That little bit of information would of been GREAT to of known. Otherwise this was a very good vet.

I am utterly appalled and deeply disappointed by the veterinarian's callousness and lack of compassion at BJ Cash and the Animal Care Center of Vernon. My mother’s beloved 13-year-old dog named Sunny was in excruciating pain and suffering, yet this heartless “veterinarian” refused to grant him the mercy of euthanasia. It was a heartbreaking and distressing experience that I wouldn't wish upon any pet owner.Sunny had been with her for over a decade, providing unconditional love and loyalty. However, age had caught up with him, and he was clearly suffering from a multitude of health issues. He could barely walk, and his once vibrant spirit had faded away. It was evident to everyone, except apparently BJ, that Sunny's quality of life had deteriorated to an unbearable extent.She pleaded with the veterinarian to end Sunny's misery, to grant him the peaceful release he deserved. She shared with them Sunny's pain and how his daily life had become nothing but suffering. But instead of showing empathy and understanding, the BJ callously dismissed her concerns and insisted that Sunny's condition was not severe enough to warrant euthanasia.This veterinarian's heartless decision only prolonged Sunny's agony. It was as if they were more concerned about their reputation or profits than the well-being of the animals they are supposed to care for. How can a medical professional, who has taken an oath to alleviate suffering, turn a blind eye to such obvious and profound distress?I implore all pet owners to steer clear of BJ Cash and the Animal Care Center of Vernon. Their lack of empathy and refusal to provide humane treatment when it was desperately needed is unforgivable. A veterinarian's duty is to prioritize the well-being of the animals entrusted to their care, and in this case, that duty was shamefully neglected.We are left with heavy hearts, grieving not only the loss of my beloved Sunny but also the appalling experience we endured at the hands of this veterinarian. No pet owner should have to witness their loyal companion suffer needlessly due to a veterinarian's lack of compassion and refusal to provide a peaceful end.In memory of Sunny, I hope that other pet owners can find a compassionate veterinarian who will prioritize the well-being and dignity of their beloved pets in their time of need.

Dr Cash is amazing. He's gentle, profoundly intelligent. He never appears rushed. Takes time to answer all your questions. No reports of animal abuses. The entire staff knows my dog's name as soon as we enter. She gets passed around to all of them. I have a mini Shi Tzu, if you're wondering. The main aspect for me is that I completely trust Dr Cash and his staff!

Dr. Cash is by far the most knowledgeable vet I have encountered, and truly someone who is passionate about his craft and cares deeply for animals. After going to the vet in Fayette multiple times and hitting nothing but dead ends, I was desperate because my dog wouldn't eat and was progressively getting sicker. The staff at the Animal Care Center was also friendly and knowledgeable and she was diagnosed and properly treated on her first visit! 1000% would recommend, and have already told half the population of both Winfield and Fayette that this is the place to go. Thank you to all of you at ACC for being great at your jobs!

We love the Animal Care Center our baby "sugar" has been going there since 2010. They always provide excellent service and care for sugar they keep us informed step by step on everything they're doing . When we turn in the driveway sugar gets excited although she barks at everything and everybody 😀 we will continue to go there, we love all the employees, and we say "Thank You Animal Care Center" and Dr. Cash we love yall ❤💯

I had moved from Maine to Alabama. I had to leave my black lab behind, but my husband and I ended up getting a puppy. Well me being very skeptical about vets, especially when it comes to fur babies i decided to take a chance, and have our puppy see Dr. Cash. Well, when I took Mocha in for her first appointment I was scared, but after meeting the vet, and seeing how Mocha acted after going in I knew from that moment on Dr. Cash would be my new forever vet. I definitely would tell anyone and everyone to go here to get their animals seen. Dr. Cash is super nice. The ladys that work with him are amazing as well. So thank you to Dr. Cash along with the staff for taking care of my fur babies the same way I would. So if anyone is looking for a vet to go too this is definitely the place for you.

Took my dog here after he got attacked and had several wounds he could't walk got a call 4 hours later saying he will be ready to be picked up tomorrow after noon. The next i walked into the vet he couldn't stop running completely back to his happy self all the wounds taken care of and a weeks worth of antibiotics plus the price was great, it did not go into the typical $$$ usual vet bills i will 100% recommend this place for all your veterinarian needs very professional and polite staff looking to help out with the upmost of care. Thank you very much for looking after my pets and keeping them healthy animal care center team.

I took my Buffy here for the last 2 1/2 years of her life. The original vet who had owned and operated the business retired less than a year after we started going there. A new vet Dr. Ben Cash took care of my baby through the hard times. She had a serious heart problem with blood flow. If she got too excited, she would pass out and it seemed like she was paralyzed. At even at 16 yrs old she thought she was a Puppy. In July of 2016 She started having respiratory problems. It was the weekend. They referred us to Columbus, MS clinic. After hearing her symptoms, they insisted we take her to Starkville to the Mississippi State University of Veterinary Medicine. They pulled her through after 3days, 2 nights. Dr. Cash then took over her care until August 2017 when we had to let her go. Her kidneys were shutting down, she wouldn't eat and lost so much weight she was just over 5 lbs. She was almost 9 pounds in her prime. He helped us with cremation preparations so she's still by my bed every night. I haven't been back so I'm not familiar with this Dr. Amy I'm hearing about. I will check her out.

Not a place to bring your pet if you have anything of an urgent nature apparently. I guess they are very busy and they just don't have available appointments except for future. I understand that the vet is very very good this has been described to me from Friends of mine but that he is also rather expensive.

These are friendly carrying people . I have this to add to my original review. A few days after my visit I received a call from the staff ask me about my pet . I was very surprised that they took the time to call. To me it shows a genuine concern for the animals.

This dr stopped my stuff on my animal and wasn't told to and now they won't see my animal and I don't think it's right that they take your animal into the office without the owner
