Went to have them remove a metal object from my tire and plug it. It was removed and plugged, but they didn't put air in the tire after plugging. When I got up this evening to leave the house, the tire meter read 14 and was dern near flat. Smh

One register with an employee, all of the rest are self check-out. And apparently, a guy I guess robbed them during my transaction and I didn't even know. I was just paying for one gift card that I had to go to the back of the store to get. They said just walked past us and out the door with gun tucked in front and merchandise stuffed in the back of his pants. Such a crazy world. I don't even know if they called the cops. One young lady advised the greeter to not go after him because he was packing. So sad, even if they did call the cops he would possibly get arrested but he will be out within 12 months at max. I cannot stand a thief! Prices are high enough and lost inventory gets put on the paying customer. There has to be a better way than just allowing this behavior.I was glad the ladies knew to keep themselves and everyone else safe and honestly, as far as Wal-Marts go, this one is not too bad. Assets protection guy CONSTANTLY harasses my son and his friends every time they go in there! Even followed them into the bathroom and tried to open the stalls while they were using the bathroom, then follows them around the store… They couldn’t even shop because of him! Then had the nerves to call the cops on them over absolutely nothing at all! He needs to be stopped

I'd like to recognize Amir at the Walmart in Valley AL. My elderly mother recently had knee surgery and was using a walker. When we were making our first outing, post surgery, we pulled up to the front of the store and Amir offered to get us an electric buggy. When he returned with it, he offered assistance out of the car and onto the buggy. We went again today, and Amir was in the parking lot and, once again, offered a buggy and assistance! Thank you, Amir! You don't know how much we appreciate you!

I don't really blame employees for the issues with the retail world. Customer service is dying. I do most of my shopping online and am happy with that, though the out of stocks are frustrating.

The workers are friendly and very helpful. And the store is always clean and neat. The only draw back for me, I'm disabled, and finding or getting a motor car to shop in. Is a near to very slim, if you can find one that's running that is, there's just not enough of them. Besides that draw back, it's still a very nice place to shop.

Walmart has gone down hill here lately. But not just this one.. All of them. It seems almost impossible to get any customer service anymore. And I swear, it was probably the first chain of stores who made you ring out yourself.. No prices are ever right, and when you finally flag down the person to help, they have an attitude like you're bothering them!! Why do all those folks still have jobs if all they do is WATCH YOU WORK FOR FREE!!! Ringing up yourself... REDICULOUS.. And if it wasn't for the trusty price app on the employees phones, none of them would have a clue on anything! But, I still love Walmart for most part, groceries are good price, except for meat. Never get meat there. If they have employees, they should work, not just watch.

Walmart employee grabbed my dog food that was in my shopping cart and tried to stop me from leaving the store because I refused to show my receipt.He threatened to call security on me.I paid for my stuff and was accused of stealing it before I left the store.The manager told me it was their right to detain you for not showing your receipt. I will not be harassed by any employee and accused of stealing and threatening to call security because they want to violate

I just found out that the department is supposed to answer the phone is customer service and that makes me mad because that's basically sayingThe only time a customer is is important or has important business needs are met is when your therevso they only show up where they have too this is ridiculous and I want to talk to someone important because it's ridiculous I'm pissed something need to get done about it

I'm not a Walmart fan but as far as Walmarts go, this seems like a very well managed one. It's not the biggest nor nicest store, but they do a respectable job of keeping it stocked.

Nice Walmart with different layout as others. Clean and organized. Does not have some of the items that other Walmarts have although they have items others don't have.This Walmart is lacking on organic and non GMO foods. There is a smaller garden areacompared to other Walmarts.

Walmart is one of my favorite places to go shopping at! Long time ago, I used to buy Thomas and Friends Trackmaster sets when I was a child. When I grew up, I started to buy clothes in there. Thank you, Walmart, for providing things that anyone can afford.

It is almost supercenter store. They do have a lube and tired to sell . Yes ,they have grocery , jewelry, clothes and garden center . That place is good.

Although this store has a plethora of great employees on it's payroll, by and large this particular location is mediocre at best and borderline infuriating at worst.The garbage warehouse floors, over reliance on self checkout, endlessly broken coolers and employees returning perishables back to working coolers that have sat out and give you low-grade food poisoning are some of the many negatives. But some of guys and gals are trying, and it's appreciated as this area needs this store.Auto Center was great, I'm glad to say. Pharmacy is fine. Vision Center is useless without a doctor that can write a prescription. Front end is just a mess.

Apparently thing aren't stocked in the correct places.. I went in to buy candy for kids and found Dum Dum Lollipops price on shelf was $4 but rang up $10 .. I questioned the price and CSM was rude as hell.. I put the bag back and took my business elsewhere..

They have been out of something I need every time I have been lately. Then you have to check yourself out and bag your purchases then they shake you down when you leave. I guess the shelves have been low waiting for the costumers to unload the truck and put the stock out.

It is bad enough that you are forced to do self checkout because there are no registers open. It is insulting when the associates in charge are rude an condescending when you ask for help. In contrast, I voluntarily use self checkout at Kroger because it is easy, accessible, and their associates are pleasant and helpful when you ask for help.

Love to shop here but they seriously have nothing I need except groceries. Any other items are never there. I try to come in every other day to see if they have the thing I need. Usually they don’t so opelika walmart or literally any other Walmart is your best bet. I understand it’s not their fault it’s understaffed.

Only picked up a couple of things and was blessed with a HUMAN BEING at the register!!!I'm sorry Walmart, but I refuse to check my own self out. I enjoy the happy faces of those that run the registers. Many of us have voiced the lack of such in your stores. There are plenty of disabled people that can't do it and have to wait in long lines.Just one senior citizens opinion.
