This used to be the most cheerful used to enjoy going there I don't know what's happened it's not the place that used to be everybody was always nice and friendly maybe it's just me but it's just not the way it was makes me sad because it was a HomeTown place. You want to do business with hometown people but you also want them to be hometown friendly and the ones that know your name you would hope would care to speak to you but it's like they slip off when you're around because they don't want to talk to you anyway all we can do is pray about it.

The cashier, Flee, is always very friendly and helpful. She is knowledgeable and answers all my questions. Flee has exceptional customer service. I enjoy my trips to Marvin’s.

I have to give 2 stars on this place. I have been there a few times but have walked out without buying due to the customer service (or lack thereof) and the prices. I was actually shocked to see the prices were literally 20% or higher than any other hardware store I've been in. Thus specific instance I went in for 2" PVC pipe. I was blown away when I saw the price was $13 a stick higher than Ace which is 2 minutes down the road. The staff are ridiculously lazy and have 0 customer service skills. The cashier was literally talking on her phone while checking an elderly man out. It was quite laughable. Ithink Marvin's could be the hardware spotty go if they revamped their employees and came back to earth on the prices. I won't be back.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here, my first day there and for the next 3 months was horrible, like literally everyday management had a problem with me lol and one of the old managers has the nerve to speak to me in public knowing dang well you never liked me lol. That’s the funny part and half that stuff they have there people bring back and they re-sell it . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here nor shop here. They definitely don’t protect there employees from danger.

The cashiers are friendly, but floor management isn't. Many times there is only one cashier and the line backs up, especially when the debit/credit card system goes down. Very expensive place with limited items.

Went to get some 2 x 4's at the register.The cashier informed me she had no idea if they had any 2 x 4 and that it was up to me to go find out. Then come back and pay for what I needed. I work in customer service and this cashier had the attitude of I don't care if you buy from us or not. I turned around and left. I will drive to Lagrange and buy from Home Depot from now on.

Shop here often. They have most of what I need in a hurry to finish a job or project. Some specialty items aren't stocked...but they don't sell that many in the first place. Good prices.

Never have what I need end up at home depot 8 times out of 10.employees bad mouth customers in front of me.last year I made up hunters night out and made the flyers and coordinated and bought door prizes for this event ,this year decided to have my hunters night out in a different location and they stole my theme I made up .we told them that would disrespectful to use my theme, we are a respectful gun shop,and told them we was doing our hunters night out in October. The district manager told us who cares ,we told him it was disrespectful for him to use what we made up and he lied and said they made it up what a bunch of jerks, he said he was using it no matter what.,he did not care if he disrespected me and my shop.so the hick with marvins and their district manager .what a bunch of disrespectful theives

They had what we needed. Prices are OK. Competitor's are cheaper but a have to drive 20 to 30 miles. Some of the staff acted like they didn't want to work......
