My niece and son went and purchased a prepaid phone spent about 40.00 and the phone doesn’t work they tried to activate and it wouldn’t they couldn’t even call 611 on the phone and they called customer service from another phone and he told them to return the phone the store clerk said she couldn’t return the phone because it’s opened but if it doesn’t work and they just purchased it that doesn’t make any sense and it was a little over 40.00 I will be going on the website to sent this complaint to corporate office and this had made my new dollar store to be dollar general!

I love the store and staff. Has some super cute seasonal items at awesome prices. The only reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5 is bc the "clearance" can be confusing. Sometime the orange stickers mean actual clearance (like 30% - 70% off) but other times it's just marked as the regular price. Otherwise it's great.

The workers at family Dollar is unrespectful disgrace disgrace to our country disgrace to our city disgrace to everything they will steal your money they would be overcharge you for merchandise they will be rude to you talk to you like a dog like you're a animal I think it should shut the dollar family Dollar down in valley, Alabama 36854

Great store I buy paper goods and snacks here. Staff are all friendly and helpful .

This Store is convenient to my house, easy to shop, get in get out, but most of the staff are very "unfriendly". I shop here a couple times each week and while waiting in line not once have i heard them ask a customer how are you doing today? or did you find everything you need today? Not even a Thank you, have a good day. There is another small store close by that has a yellow/black sign. I think i'll start shopping there.

When it opened it was so friendly now it is a mess the store is unorganized the staff doesn't speak and they were there yesterday talking.about how hot looking they were and the big rock on their hand lol not so much. It is not what it was when it opened. NOT FRIENDLY AT ALLUpdate I went back in again as I go in most of the time the rudeest guy I've ever made in my life here it is Friday May 20th 2022 trying to be courteous to the person when I left because they didn't speak at all I said have a good day he didn't speak at all I know that family Dollar has had some issues with employees but you need to fire this dude I put the time in there with hopes you can look up and see who it is he is rude he's going to run off customers and he's gone have somebody get a hold of one of these days being such a smart but

Store is supposed to open at 9am and here I sit WAITING. Not a soul in site. Doors locked. Lights off. Why is this location SO terrible?

Absolutely dirty . Went to take my kid to the bathroom and there was a molded drink sitting on top of an already disgusting water fountain along with a heap of trash. Nothing is organized and the staff is rude .

When I started to pay for my merchandise I laid the money on the counter instead of putting it in the cashiers handshe got mad about it. Then when I call the manager up there she didn't want to do anything about it she said what do you want me to do. And I said well for one I would like for you to reprimand her for talking to customers the way that she is. I asked her for managers number to call someone other than her she refused to give it to me so that's is when I went online and found the site.

The customer service is very bad they are good to some and bad to others i think all customers should be treated the same they don't deserve 1 star the argue with certain customers and then tell the they are the ones argue it's sad but i know you won't be in business long with the type of people that work there and please update or check y'all check cashing.
