Excellent last minute fix for most do it yourselfers. Most commonly needed items are present & organized in a manner that they can be found easily. Staff is usually busy helping other customers but helpful if get the chance to talk to them.

A lot of stuff packed in this GREAT little hardware store. Reasonable prices and a good staff of people. Hometown atmosphere, reminds me of some of the old time hardware stores in the Valley.

Oh great little place, everyone was friendly and helpful, I went there to look for bolts to fix my treadmill, I had no idea where to start looking! The cashier immediately got on the case and was able to find all the right sizes for everything I needed and it came out perfect at a very affordable price! Great experience overall, easy parking

Two employees really stood out to me. They never stopped helping and always made sure everyone was taken care of. That is a trait missing in most stores now a days. Alan and Dylan really went above and beyond. Not just for my family but literally to every customer we seen them interact with.

Store Manager David is not customer friendly at all he never ask customers do they need help finding anything and when you ask him where is something located he's always so hateful as if he don't wanna help you he always has that same hateful attitude this place is fairly new to the Valley area was so glad to have a local Ace hardware store and then walking in there to his rudeness will make any customer want to take their money else where David is giving Ace hardware a bad reputation and just a reminder we welcome Ace hardware to the Valley but there are other hardware stores

I am so happy the Valley got an Ace Hardware. They have every one of your hardware needs. The staff is very friendly, and the store is very clean. The store isn't hard to navigate around and they have a really cool section when you're standing in the check out line; cool knick knacks. I will be going here for every hardware need.

I needed some 4 aught (0000) steel wool, Marvin's didn't have it and stock neither did Walmart went to Ace and the very sweet and pretty young lady wearing the red Ace apron and looked like she was probably still in high school took me straight to it and says there you go how much do you want lol they were well-stocked with 6 or 8 bundles.

You couldn't ask for a better hometown hardware store than Ace. If you can't find it on the shelf because of logistic issues due to the pandemic, they will order it and most times have it there on the next truck. The staff is knowledgeable and always happy to help, thank you

It's like a convenient store for hardware/home improvement. Need a hammer, some caulk, and maybe some fire ant killer? Why not. Prices are....what you would expect, not too bad and not great either. Need building materials such as lumber or rebar, plants or landscaping material such as gravel/rock, or appliances etc., steer clear and drive another 20 minutes down the interstate to Home Depot or Lowes in Opelika.
