Good customer service 😌always have what I need

It's not that I like it or not I go there 90% of the time to get parts for my job with the Union Springs Utilities. They do have great service and they usually have what I need to do a job. Last week I had an emergency and I was trying to get there before they closed and I was told someone would be there when I got there. Well I was 10 miles out and coming in hot. I burned almost 2 quarts of oil out of my work truck getting there but got there 11:55. But one person was willing to stay until I could get there.

A full service hardware store. Not exactly Lowes or Home Depot, but it is in Union Springs. Friendly local folks make you glad they're there when you're in a tight and can't wait .Seem glad to see you when you come in, and willing to help find what you're looking for.

Excellent Hardware store with plenty plumbing and electrical supplies, hunting and fishing and sporting accessories, great paint department, gifts and household items, tools, gardening supplies, concrete, bricks, huge lumber yard, knowledgeable and helpful store personnel. I'll be back!

Gibson's is a big problem when you only have1&1/2 legs ,a bunch of stairs to the left or a long two tiers ramp to the right.
