Experience was horrible. Waited Over 2 hours to get a covid test and was denied because apparently they don’t do the test . Pharmacy get it together. Cancel the appointment if y’all don’t have it. Don’t go here if you want quick & efficient service.

Got my COVID vaccine here today. The staff was helpful and organized, and kept the line moving very efficiently. Overall, I was impressed with the little system they’d made for COVID vaccinations. Store was also organized and clean. Only complaint was that I mistakenly used the wrong restroom (I used the women's, which I didn’t realize was designated as “employee only”). A pharmacy technician banged on the door then waited outside to rudely confront me in front of other patrons. I recognized my mistake and apologized - I’m sure the rudeness was out of frustration as I’m likely not the only one to have made the mistake - but it didn’t warrant yelling in front of other patrons either. Overall it was a fairly good experience, save for some condescension and unprofessionalism towards the end. I’d still shop here again!

Do not ever ever ever ever go here to the Pharmacy department during the evening, those women in there are ghetto, unprofessional, slow, don’t know what they doing, seem lost. They will literally have you wait at the drive threw for as least 35 minutes because they come to the window! Don’t go inside it even worst and will have you in there even more longer, they need to hire new people that are an adult and mature.

A good few of the pharmacy employees are rude. Theres no reason for the attitude or standoffish mannerisms that I have seen there. I can only count about two individuals that I have seen who provide good customer service. If I was not a student at the University, I would not be going to the cvs in Tuskegee.

I was very displeased about the call in service I just received….before I could get my question out, whomever answered the phone quickly said NO!!…. She didn’t even give me time to ASK MY QUESTION!!…. Now I know to choose another CVS store other than this one!!…This is not the place to call if you need professional & immediate help!!!

I always find what i need. From make up to natural hair products. I've found products for natural hair that I couldn't find in the local beauty supply stores. The lines can be long at times.
