Worse Chinese Restaurant. We have always had positive experiences with Chinese restaurants all over the country.Did not accept cards, cash only ... But No signs up to say this.Did not have things they have listed on the menu. Again, no signs indicating they only had limited menuFountain drinks did not work. Cans of drinks only.For dine in there were two tables but no chairs at the table.Very disappointed.

China Pavilion is a great place to visit when you are feeling like Asian cuisine. The service is is fast and the prices is good. The staff is certainly pleasant and eager to please. They tend to get busy during the lunchtime hours; therefore, make sure you give yourself enough time to eat and get back to your day. The dine-in area could be a little bigger. It looks dull, lonely. Nobody can eat inside now. The taste is fine and the service is fine. The food looks more like food that you can buy frozen and make at home. They take cash only. Seem used to people having take out. The service is rather quick. Food is reasonably sufficient for a meal. My favorites are pepper steak and the rice that they sell containing shrimp. Sometimes that rice is more aromatic, with a nice smoked smell, sometimes it isn't. Orange chicken was disappointing to me.

They have to have someone translate several th8ngs in their menu they should. The food is not that great it doesn't make you want ti come back for more. Children working the front counter. Not professional and at all. No dine in at all. Talking thru a plastic tarp.two thumbs down.Parking: Mostly drive around the building.Kid-friendliness: Does not apply since you sit in your car and keep driving around until your order is ready. Or sit in your car until a young child gets your attention to come drive back around.Wheelchair accessibility: No access

The smell is awful. The food used to be good here, but it was really bad. I had the General Tso chicken with fried rice. I was so disappointed. There was NO chicken, just deep fried puffs covered in a sauce. I have never been disappointed in their food. I've been going there fir many years. I don't think I'll be dining there again.

Went there tonight and ordered vegetable fried rice, egg roll and scallops. The rice was burnt tasting and hard and I was supposed to have 12 scallops but only had 11. The scallops and egg rolls tasted ok as far as that goes. I had not patronized this place in years so I decided to give it a try and to say the least, was very disappointed. I stopped going because the place was always dirty and they had a bad habit of standing on counters over the food to change light bulbs and mopping the dining room while customers were in there eating. Needless to say, it still looks dirty, food is bad so I will not be returning. I hate the other Chinese Restaurant closed down so now I will have to start back going to Auburn or Montgomery. This place really needs to be closed down until they can clean it up because I am sure there are numerous health code violations.

So I'm rating China Pavilion a 3 strictly because of the customer service. Other than that I'd give 5 stars. The food is always good, and I rarely have to wait longer than 15 minutes.I, actually , called in an order one day (so I thought) but when I pulled up and asked for it, I was told there was no order placed. I was "38 hot" because I only had 20 mins to get home and get logged in for work. I didn't get to eat lunch. Now, when I call I make sure I speak to the lady because a male answered that day.

Don't bother about calling in if the owner's son answers the phone. He's not going to give your order to folk in the kitchen. The son speaks good English but why is he there? In this day and age they are too cheap and won't accept credit or debit cards. Strictly cash only.

The food was good, but the service was sub par. The restaurant doesn't have a menu available. They don't take anything but cash, and they don't give receipts. With only 1 person in line, the wait was over 10 minutes. They also ran out of items.

The restaurant is dull an old soda machine sits near the front counter, my order wasnt fresh. Its sad because it use to be a great place for a quick hot snack or meal. Upgrade of a cook and decor needed.

This was a grate place. We got lost on a crazy hurricane run to S.C. turned around in the woods drunk in the parking lot and had some strange stairs from the local P.D. a few drive bys courtesy of the local sheriff's department understandable. The locas were strange. the food was amazing and they didn't seem to mind the parking lot trips to the trunk to knock back a bit of vodka.

Food was good, but dang this place is nasty. I did not get sick from eating the food. I did get my order to go and ate it at my hotel room an 1.5 hours away. We thought we were going to eat there, but changed our mind because it was nasty.

The food here is ok. The restaurant needs a paint job and some renovating to make it more approachable.... I never gave it a chance until someone told me about the food. I like the fact that it seems a little more authentic than the other Chinese restaurant in the area.

No customer service!!!! Place is a dump & the food sucks. The amour of food given is a joke. You don’t even get eggs or onions in your rice. I guess it’s extra! Stay away!

They are getting over on people in Tuskegee. Vegetable Lo Mein typically has broccoli, cabbage, carrots, and onion at the very least. They charge 7.85 before tax for some noodles and broccoli!! And their so-called Chicken Egg Rolls do NOT have chicken in them, but they charge 1.25.Do it right or close.

Customer service is terrible. I called to place an order for pickup and was rushed off the phone. After placing the order I was in the process of asking how much and heard a click. Since they DO NOT take cards I needed to make sure I had the right amount of money. When I called back the lady was so short with me that I just told them to cancel my order.

I like this restaurant because they have good food you can come and sit and talk and enjoy your food. 😀😀
