Towels, sheets and more bulky items were not getting dry in the usual amount of time it took to dry these items so I called Adams Heating and Cooling. A very personable, efficient, and knowledgeable service tech, Matt, came the following day. He explained everything he needed to do and completed the job within a hour, leaving everything clean and put back in place. My experience with this company was great! Beginning with the pleasant, helpful young lady that schedules appointments, to the excellent service provided by Matt, and ending with the invoicing and a follow up email, this company is all about providing exceptional work and customer service!! I highly recommend Adam’s!

I notified Kayla that works in the office about an issue that was going on with our unit. She was very prompt and had someone coming out to our house almost immediately. Michael came out to check a weird noise we were having with our unit. He’s very knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem. He is a very nice gentleman and should be recognized for his customer service. I am glad we have Adam’s heating and cooling taking care of us.

Adams Heating and Cooling installed my HVAC system when I built my Barndo. Very easy to work with and very reasonably priced. Their workers were very respectful and went out of their way to make sure the process went smoothly. I later had them come back and install HVAC in my bar room and installed a mini ex into my garage. Adams Heating and Cooling technician, Matt, installed gas logs for my fireplace. He was knowledgeable and efficient during the process. He came equipped with shoe covers to minimize tracking outside dirt and had a vacuum cleaner for clean up when finished. He explained the steps he took during the installation to assure there were no gas leaks, answered my questions and removed the replaced parts. All work was completed timely, neatly and within quoted price. I am pleased with their service.

Their seasonal inspection is far superior to the Trane technicians in both professional expertise and, as I seen nothing to the contrary, honest assessment of system condition. Even though I knew I’d be replacing one system, the assessment and cost were below what I was expecting. We had our a/c just suddenly stop working late this afternoon. We called Adam's Heating & Cooling & within 30 minutes, Matt was here and got us going again very quickly. Even though it was an after hours service call, the price for the call plus the part we needed was very reasonable. All of the technicians were great and did amazing work, but after a technician came back to fix a problem again that they had fixed a week prior, I was told that I wouldn't be charged again since it was a callback. That was apparently a lie. I received a invoice in the mail and contacted their customer service and was told I'd have to pay anyways. Don't send your business here if you value companies that keep their word.Edit: Just to address their response, they told me that it was rodents the second time I had them come (less than a week later) and told me I wouldn't have to pay since it was a callback. Then, they sent me a bill. Additionally, according to the exterminator we hired, there wasn't a rodent infestation but the exposed wires going from our external ac unit into the crawl space exposed it to the critters from the nearby woods, something that they should know how to protect. I wouldn't expect them to acknowledge that though, considering their repeated dishonesty.

He reviewed the pricing and warranty with me, explained the functions of my existing Nest system and introduced me to the the company's priority membership.
