The staff were really friendly. My dogs are my everything and I felt comfortable leaving them in their hands. It's a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it for the level of care they show and provide.

Bear loves coming to The Dog Stop! When I pick him up at the end of the day, the staff is so kind and helpful. Sometimes they even take pictures to show me of what he did that day ❤️ could not recommend The Dog Stop more!!!

Recently moved to the area and needed a great place for my pups to board while on vacation, brought my 6 miniature dachshunds here for a "boarding" test for just 1 day & I get them back and all of my pups are SICK with Kennel Cough.. I would NOT bring my pups back here def not for my 7 day vacation god knows what they would catch here. I'll pass... Staff was okay..

I bring my dog, Beasley, to Dog Stop Trussville ruffly three times a week, along with the occasional boarding when my wife and I go out of town. The staff is always well prepared, friendly, knowledgeable, and do everything they can to make the process easy for me and fun for Beasley. I really cannot think of a better place to bring her, or a group of people that I trust more to watch my dog more than Dog Stop Trussville!

I LOVE taking my dog to the dog stop. He absolutely loves the staff, loves his time there, his dog friends and really loves the trainer Ashley! Artoo goes about 3-4 days a week. We have met so many people at the dog park and tell them to go! They even celebrated Artoo’s first birthday with a cake and party!!! It was unbelievable! They even do cute holiday photos. Close to our home, first did a 4 hour "temperament" to see if she would do well with dogs. She passed, then we booked a day. She was gone 8 hours. When she came home she was tired and thirsty, but happy.We then had her do an overnight Sat morn until 3pm Sunday. She looked forward to going in. She was again tired and thirsty when she came home, but happy. She ate a little and slept the rest of the night. We have to go on vacation soon, so we feel we can leave her in excellent hands.She is eating some Italian ice to cool down before bed.

I love the Dog Stop, the people here seem to really love the dogs they care for. From day one my Negan became part of the family. Negan is learning German commands and the the Dog Stop even helps me out by also using the German commands that Negan knows. If you love your furbaby pamper him at the Dog Stop.

This was my shorkies first time for Grooming at Dog Stop and it was a GREAT experience! She seemed so happy and relaxed when I picked her up(which is not the case with previous groomer). She looked adorable! The people there were so very nice and groomer talked with me about what I wanted and that is exactly what I asked for when she was done. Can't say enough good things about them. I will definitely make them my groomer from now on.

We love The Dog Stop in Trussville. We started out with our pup in doggy daycare. We found out that they did training and were very excited. We met their trainer Peyton Jackson and felt very comfortable with her. She did such a great job training our pup Zeus. Peyton was very friendly and outgoing. She answered any questions we had. She also was kind enough to send us some pictures and video of our pups progress. I would strongly recommend Peyton at The Dog Stop for training.

Easy check in/out. We have used a few times, but we would use daycare consistently if cameras were used. Both my pups have anxiety and just seeing that they are actually having fun would ease my mind.

Super polite staff and our sweet senior dog was very well taken care of the week we were away. They make sure all pets are up to date on shots and temperament tested, which makes us feel a lot better knowing this and how their process is detail + safety oriented.The amenities available to the pets are great, and the rates are very reasonable, too. Definitely will use them again!

I really loved how they took care of my fur baby. I explained how it was my first time leaving her and she really enjoyed her stay. I really recommend this facility to other fur moms and dads. If I had to score the facility 1-10 I would give it a 10.

They do a great job bathing my pup and trimming his nails. They’re cheaper than Petco too! The free few hours of daycare with a bath purchase is a nice perk too because he doesn’t have many opportunities to interact with other dogs.

I must say Kudos to the staff at Dog Stop Trussville. I was a bit leary as I've had bad things happen while my dog was boarded in other facilities. I've been taking pup to daycare for about 3 months and she was boarded for 7 nights. When I got my pup back she was in better condition than when I dropped her off. The smile on her face said it all. She even got her free bath and they did better than I ever could. Thank you so much Dog Stop for taking care of my pup while I was away and keeping her safe. As a fur parent you guys have eased my concerns when taking trips or dropping off at daycare. You guys rock!!!!!!! Thanks!!!!!

Employees are always nice and willing to help. Very clean atmosphere. My pets love going. When I drop them off they never look back to say goodbye. They are eager to get in there to play with their friends. They come back home tired from all the activities they have gone through. Which I like a lot!!! Highly recommend

Our boy cliq has been going to the dog stop for years now and we don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. He always comes home pooped. We love the dog stop because all the workers are friendly and they are always putting on cute events for the dogs like the Easter egg hunts and Christmas treats. They also take pics of the dogs most days. I love seeing him when we’re out of town and missing him. I don’t have anything bad to say about the dog stop. :)

Our babies LOVE the Dog Stop! We brought home two black lab puppies, Maggie and Marley, and took them to training with Peyton.Peyton worked with them during the day while we were at work, and then she would send us videos showing us what they were working on and how we continue the training at home. We would talk on the phone after each training lesson and Peyton would give us tips, hints, and ways to continue the training at home until their next session. She would listen to our feedback about how the girls are doing at home and suggest things we should try or do differently. Our puppies have made so much growth and it is all because of the time Peyton took to work with us and our girls!We found training at the Dog Stop a great experience and value because every day they were there training, a full day of day care was included.Even though our training with Peyton has concluded (and Maggie and Marley miss her so much), they still attend day care about once a week and absolutely love it! They come home worn out and exhausted every time!

Our sweet German Short Haired Pointer, Margie, absolutely loves The Dog Stop! We have been bringing her for daycare since she was a puppy and we have been consistently satisfied with the service provided and how TDS staff loves our pup.I have a physical disability called Cerebral Palsy and on the days I bring her on the way to work, they are always so helpful and are happy to come get her from the car for me! The Dog Stop is also our 'Go To' for boarding/grooming services, as we know our pup is completely taken care of! Our family gives our 10/10 recommendation to this place. These people are the real deal!

We've boarded twice with Dog Stop now, and both times it went great. It was easy to check in and add any add-ons and easy pick up, with no issues. Both times, our dog came up just as happy and healthy as he'd left us. Will use them again and again when needed.
