1st time customer and I am already a fan of this place. Every attendant was personable, friendly and, relaxed. They greeted Boomer very calmly and made him feel at ease. The lobby was clean and smelled amazing. I received a wonderful overview of the services offered, so I signed Boomer up for monthly care. I would definitely recommend Scenthound to all of my dog parents. This is a great addition to the Trussville area.

Paid for full service and only 3 of the 4 paws’ nails were clipped and even those were not done well. Called to ask and was told the dog was getting aggravated so they stopped. Suggested I make another appointment to come back.

Trussville location! My Izzy is always so anxious and scared… when using PetSmart I would pick her up and she would be quiet and anxious for at least an hour after. Today after scenthound she came home and immediately started playing. She was happy… they were so very nice and I could hear this talking to the pups and it was so sweet! I will not go anywhere else!

Really great experience compared to pets store grooming. Groomers are very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive! My pup was a little nervous but they were very caring with him as he got more comfortable.

Took my two yorkies there for the first time. Only had to leave them for two hours to get full grooms. They looked wonderful. Everyone was super nice and you could tell they love animals. Will definitely go back.

We've used Scenthound once for a bath, and we'll return! We have a very nervous pup, and they did so well with her - I loved that I could just sit in my car and wait for her - not having to be crated for a long time before or after the bath was really good for her anxiety, and she wasn't abnormally stressed when she was done! I asked them to cut her nails only until it became stressful, and they were able to get two paws done!

Good, but they don't blow dry the dogs after their bath. Service is good. I don't think nor like the idea that they asked for a tip for the groomer.
