Awesome Sam’s Club right here … We have been shopping here for years.Always fully stocked on everything I need … Very well organized and clean also … Bathrooms are very clean.The employees was super nice and helpful as well.We will definitely return to this Sam’s.

Would be zero stars if I could!! Stop by Sam’s in Trussville with my wife today to pick up a late lunch. Very disappointing. Ordered on the app for what I believed would be faster service. After we were finally acknowledged by an employee, she started gathering our order. So slow. She placed all of our order on the counter minus our pepperoni pizza slice and our drink cups, never said a word and walked away. After seeing she was not returning any time soon, we flagged her down to ask about our pizza. She informed us that she had no idea how long it would be on our pizza and said we should just get a cheese slice instead. By this time, my icee was half melted, so we agreed and she served it up and quickly disappeared again. We flagged her down again to ask for our drink cups which she deposited on the counter with attitude. I’m not sure why her attitude because I made sure to keep mine in check although I felt like slamming cups too. The cups were pretty much useless anyway because the drink machines were out of syrup for 90% of the drink flavors and ice was almost nonexistent. I expect so much more from Sam’s considering I pay to be member here.

My son and I grab lunch at the Sams Club Cafe in Trussville each week. The ladies working on Friday, 03/22/24 around 12:30 were doing a fantastic job! Well stocked and swift with their continually long line of customers.

Just bought prelit Christmas from Sams Trussville wreath it's beautiful didn't have too plug in a outlet runs off of batteries AA it's full and round it's looks bigger on door than in box. I am early putting up some of my Christmas stuff.

Best rotisserie chicken for the price. I love the scan and go option! Whenever I don't feel like going in, I do pickup. Pickup is free to me.

If you are looking for cakes/cupcakes for birthday parties, look no further. I bought 30/$13 customized cupcakes for my daughter’s party and am absolutely blown away at how these came out. They were so fresh and delicious, I had parents texting me for days asking where I ordered them from. I have ordered cakes from some of the most reputable and high end bakeries in town, but these absolutely blew them out of the water. I won’t look anywhere else after this.

It's the strangest thing: I walk into Sam's, and I see employees. They're all over the store, in every corner. So imagine my confusion when every time I have called this place, every worker seems to disappear? Where did they go? Does the rapture occur everytime the phone rings? Do the phones in Sam's require blood sacrifice to pick up? That would certainly explain it. Nice store tho

To my surprise I walk in this store this morning and I won’t be admitted in cause I’m not a plus member and I can’t shop until after 10am. I feel this just a way to get customers to pay more to get the plus membership.

Good Sam's, however I would not order anything from the cafeteria area. They do not have either enough staff or leadership on how to deal with large crowds. I am patient however waiting over 1 hour for a pizza I ordered 45 minutes before, (and then to have them serve it to other customers while I'm standing there waiting) is unacceptable.

Found batteries, roasted ribs and chicken, cheese and sour cream, toothpaste, other groceries and they were offering samples today. Loved it! Take your own shopping bags if you are new, or you will have to put your groceries in the car loose.

This Sam's Club is usually well stocked and clean. I always find what's on my list and more. Employees are friendly and helpful. Club members can usually get gasoline here at a better price than other places.

The food court doesn’t follow health codes, handles cash with gloves and touching food. International memberships also do not work for any discount pricing.

We had 23 items in our cart. We always use Scan n Go to checkout. But only 21 items would scan. The remaining 2 items had to be checked out at a registered. Lines were VERY long. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

This sams club is so rad. They have whole new cold products section and the best shopping carts in the city.The new produce and dairy sections are really quite amazing. I like that they are really focusing on keeping food fresh longer.

Sam's Club Trussville is always a good experience...all associates are friendly and willing to help you with questions. I especially enjoy the food vendors warming up delicious treats for sampling. Store is clean and restroom are always clean to.

I think it's stupid yall open at 10 a.m. for us nightshift people we can't do anything. It's ridiculous. In California they open at 7 a.m. I can't get nothin done when i have to be at work by 2 p.m.

So convenient to get beautiful gift baskets. For last minute shoppers it really is a life saver. Also it's such a big place, even with a big crowd it doesnt seem like everyone is on top of you....and the baked goods are not only beautiful...they are delicious

WHY WONT ANYONE EVER ANSWER THE PHONE AT ANY SAMS CLUBS? I've been trying to spend thousands of dollars through Sam's Club to buy Outdoor Furniture and I've been calling all the ones in Alabama for a week straight and haven't had a single answer yet! I've called this Trussville location 7 times through out today and not once has anyone answered the phone!

This store is always clean and we'll organized, and the staff has always been really patient and friendly. The deli / bakery staff especially seems to have really good energy and positive. Love the selection available in store and the options like scan and go.
