One of my favorite department stores, it seems like whatever I need I can always find it there as far as clothing. I appreciate the choices that are offered and how they’re always seems to be a great sale going on. Plenty of name brands, and a very large variety of clothing as well as other non-clothing product. The staff there is very friendly and more than willing to help you find what you’re looking for.

I don't know how these stores stay open. One lady working on whole second floor. Had to wait in line to get waited on and then she didn't have a clue how to do what we needed. She called manager and she couldn't help us with wedding gift registry either. They were both nice as could be but...lol

No plus size little girls section like at the hoover site. Was disappointed we had to drive further out because of this. Gave it a three because workers were very friendly and helpful.

What can I say? Belks is just Belks. Years ago,my wife was very disappointed when the Belks chain bought out our local Parisian stores and took over all of their locations. She complained at the time that Belks merchandise was not up to Parisian standards, and not much has changed. I guess it’s okay when you want to buy run of mill items that you can find at a department store. The reason why I shopped there was because Belks is the only department store in the Trussville area today and I didn’t want to drive far to buy one of my wife’s smaller Christmas presents and to procure some small items for stocking stuffers. That was accomplished. One good thing I can say about the store is that today they at least they had a few more cashiers than usual to handle Christmas shoppers.

This Belks location is so very organized and feels more like an upscale shopping...The staff were very helpful...And being from the Atlanta area...I was shocked...Way to go Staff.. Management, please recognize your staff they are very deserving...I will drive the 50 miles to shop again at this location...

The team here is very knowledgeable about the products, Columbia is a primary focus for this location, and it sells! Columbia is one of my favorite brands because of the technology utilized through their clothing is at the top of the industry!

It's like Black Friday everyday at Belk. I have found gifts like sweaters, hats, boots and linens to give as gifts for my family and friends and with these prices I can afford to treat myself too, without going over my budget. Thank you Belk.

Went in to get dress clothes. The ladies in the men’s department made it easy. We talked, discussed options. At check out was treated great, got a Belk card. The whole trip was amazing.

Trussville location looks like a thrift store once you get past the cosmetics. This belks has gone down. Last two times now no register open upstairs and only two open downstairs. I waited in line Nearly 15 minutes. I left my buggy at the counter with over 240 dollars of clothes. Will not go back to this location.

Found a pair of camoflage wedgesBlends in with any color..only 9.5 fits...but 10 fits smaller???Not sure why, but a little wearing it will fit like a glove...As of 5/20/22...Yes!...every dress I saw was $92.00 or...$97.00. Just about every shirt was $47.00 ...to $49.00...and the shorts look like someone went in the back and just cut the legs off to make more shorys..shorts...You can do better Belk...you can do better....

Got me some smell good a few shirts which I really like the way they feel and some jockey rapid cool boxer briefs which made for a good day oh I almost forgot for $10 I got a dash mini waffle maker which works very well

Customer service lacked on my visit today. Busy day, lots of customers in the department and 1 worker covering shoes. She was on the phone with a customer for over 30 minutes while I waited for service, along with others. I understood she was the only one but it's no excuse for belk not to send at least a manager to help her out. Even after customers went looking for others to help, they pointed us to the 1 person on the phone. Multiple customers left as we waited for her to finish. The isles were hard to navigate a wheelchair through as there were shoes all over the floor. Highly disappointed with my visit and the customer service.

Had an appointment wanted to drop by belk and return something quickly. Well that didn’t happen. To start with they didn’t unlock door till almost 5 after 10. Then I went upstairs to make my return. Lady sends me to children’s register to check out. The sales lady is counting coins and tells me it is going to be a while. She said if you don’t want to wait go to cosmetics or shoes. I go downstairs guy in shoes is counting his coins. So I go to cosmetics. Lady at counter was chatting it up with one of her favorite customers another lady cosmetics ask me if she could help i said yes i have a return. she said oh i am sorry they didn't open this register. so i had to wait on lady chatting it up. when her customer finally realized i was behind her and left she acted annoyed that i broke up her conversation. she couldn't get my receipt to scan so she told me i would have to wait for her to open another register or go to ladies wear. I said the lady upstairs that was counting coins said you and shoes was the only open registers so i guess i will have to wait. She said no ladies wear down stairs is open. so i go over there. that lady couldn't get receipt to scan either. She was able to pull it up with Belk card. Why couldn't lady in cosmetics???? i finally got my return done. it was one item by the way. it took 15 minutes and the run around the store. It crazy they open late and are not ready for business when they do. I spend a lot of money with them but service today was awful!

Store is nice, great selection of purses, clothes and jewelry. Only problem I've incountered was when my Friend and I shopped there a few weeks ago, the woman checking us out started rambling on and on about herself and was very slow. Took her 25 minutes to scan and bag 6 shirts, even after nicely told her we were in a hurry because I can't see to drive in the dark. She just kept talking. Next day my friend calls me and says that saleslady had left the security tag on one shirt. Another trip twenty miles away and had to wait 20 minutes in that line. Wasted gas and time.

Clothes are never straight or in place. You can never find anyone to help you and you can NEVER NEVER find anyone to ring up your purchase. I hate feeling like I have to beg them to buy their merchandise. They need to realize people have other places to shop.

I tried to shop here in a rush last Friday night. I needed a pair of dress socks and a pack of undershirts. Would have taken me 10 minutes. Sign said they closed at 9:00. I arrived at 8:25 and the doors were locked. They lost what ended up being a $40 sale to Target instead

Ordered t-shirts online and received wrong sizes. Then reordered online and received the wrong sizes AGAIN! I returned them to the local store. They were very courteous and helpful. However the store's inventory was pitiful. No shirts available in my size at all...which is why I ordered online in the first place.

Love love the staff. Walking around lost for the first time in belk. I was helped with direction and sales. Cashier even gave me extra coupons. I saved big time. The store was very clean with items where they belonged. A few prices I had trouble finding but quickly resolved. My daughter who doesn’t like to shop even loves this place!

Whole staff working inside has no Badge on them. You don’t know they are associate or customer. I request for jewellery department help and wait till 20 to 25 min. No one show up there. Then finally we went for check out and Employee name is Kevin has more attitude. I told him and explain him this and he was directing other way. he doesn’t want to help basically. Whole staff was moving from here to there and there to here. I have some pic. And clip as well. Please whoever is responsible person is check the tape of whole store and you will realise. It is on 12/19/2021.

I shopped here today for the first time in years. It was pretty good but the sales were nothing like as great as they used to be. They could certainly stand to have more older women's classic clothes to choose from!!

Pretty good place to shop. Cute clothes. Although when I couldn't find something that I saw on display I tracked down one worker but she said she wasn't working the floor.i asked another lady who was working at a jewelry counter and she said she couldn't help me either and she would have to get another manager. I guess she didn't want to do it herself. So we had to wait around for another manager. A manager arrived and he was super nice he took the outfit off of display and found a new outfit to put on display. When we had to checkout we had to checkout at the jewelry counter with the same lady that we asked earlier. There was another person in from of us and it seemed to be taking forever. We finally checked out and when I got home the outfit off of the display still had the little chip on it.

They were having a huge sale and we spent $300 on about $700 worth of cloths and items. The sales lady that checked us out was really nice and very helpful! She did everything she could to make sure we were satisfied and saved every penny we could!

Customer service experience was a plus! It was packed of course due to Easter weekend and the sales was Golden 😀 whenever I'm up in the Pinnacle shopping area I have to stop and shop with Belk 's. I hated they sold out of perfume that were worth smelling 😩 but other than that I would Definitely approve shopping at this location. By the way, it was sanitize station in the different departments! Make sure you experience excellent service with the older guy that's been there for years because he'll definitely make your day & shopping easy!😊

Went here to buy three short sleeve dress shirts. They did not have any. I asked the lady working there and she said they did not receive any and that a lot of people have been asking about these shirts. I ordered them on line.
