I really enjoyed my visit to the store but it was just not what I expected, something was missing. I was expecting more variety but I saw a lot of the same thing in multiple shapes and colors as far as furniture, pillows, and paintings. It would be great if there was a better variety of products. I do appreciate the friendliness of the employees and their willingness to help you find whatever it was that you needed.

They have very nice stuff at a good price. Get while it is there once it gone it will be a while before they can get some more in. The workers there are nice and friendly, they will help you if you need help.👍🙏

Management is HORRIBLE. Sonja is extremely rude and unwelcoming. She rushed me to leave and didn’t say have a good night and was extremely rude to her employee and demanded her to do something after dismissing me asking for help !!!! I will be contacting corporate

So I've been in this store on multiple occasions and each time I've found some secret treasures.They have amazingly good deals on out of season decor. I got my giant Jack Skellington to wrap around my Nightmare Before Christmas Tree and some cute Halloween inspired ornaments.They've also got a great selection on all types of interior decor. Amazing selection of fair priced canvas prints. This will always be one of my go to places for home decor.

I haven't been to this store/location in a long time. We stopped for Thanksgiving and Christmas decorations. O...M! They have so much great stuff! The prices are competitive and the sales are really good. I just don't think about this place but it is moving up my list of shopping stops!

Went there Saturday March 25, 2023 at 8:45pm, the doors were locked. The sign on the store states they close at 9pm on Saturdays. If the owners/managers don't believe me, then just look at your surveillance video. WHY are so many retail stores and fast food restaurants closing before their listed time? 8

Fine,Employee was indifferent when I pointed out that one of the chairs wasn't assembled for me to verify that it was: a) comfortable, b) fit with the table I was looking at. A feigned desire to help me even if they couldn't would have gone a long way.

I love this store. Spring is coming and they are ready. The flower pots are amazing. Don't miss checking their huge selection of patio furniture and accessories. Tons of colorful cushions and beautiful umbrellas. The store is clean and organized. Employees are very helpful.

Lots of choices for your home decor..a lot of items were great prices. Employees took time to help me find matching comforters for my kids and the cashier had a great attitude. It's always refreshing to go into a store and find people who are actually glad to be working there and happy to help. I don't know what this store's secret is, but good job!!

Customer service at checkout was great! I signed up for an insider while I was there.My birthday was the 6th & would have given me a 15% discount. I was in on the 5th which was a 10% discount. Adea, the checkout person, gave me the 15% discount. It was a small thing, but to me was a big difference. I will be back!

I went today to pick up just a couple of the gingerbread decor, cause they have the cutest!! But when I walked over and found the vintage romance Christmas I almost had a heart attack! WOW! I am going back soon cause a worker told me they were now getting two shipments a day...I'm so excited , thank you At Home!!!

First visit here and I was overwhelmed by the wide variety of items they carry. A lot of items for your home, as the name says. I found some of their items a bit pricey compared to other stores. Seasonal decorations were the highest in price in comparison to Homegoods etc., same items + $10-$15 higher here! I didn't make a purchase!

Tried to order online using a gift card. The site does not accept gift cards so I called the local store in Trussville. They took my info (email, phone, address) but I didn't hear back regarding my order - no confirmation, nothing. Had to call again and the person seemed annoyed that I was inquiring about my order. It was a hassle trying to get anyone to communicate with me regarding my order. Of the two individuals I spoke with, neither seemed to know what was going on. When I asked when I can expect my order to be delivered ($10 delivery fee!) she acted like this was an inconvenience. I've never had so much trouble getting simple info on an order before. At Home needs to be more professional across the board, from training associates better to using a different (professional) delivery service. I had the exact same experience last year on an order and things have not improved since then. The in store experience isn't any better. A whole lot of stuff, much of it overpriced junk. It's overwhelming and the associates have never been friendly, hence my shopping online. I gave away my gift cards to someone who doesn't mind going to the store because I don't intend to shop there ever again.

Great selections on patio cushions. But, customer service was a little different. After the lady had rung up my items she never tried to put my pillows in a bag. I had to ask for some big bags and she didn't offer to help me. I was putting my own items into the bags.

Nice, inexpensive, unique product selection that you don't typically see everyday. And, fairly large inventory means you could spend hours browsing and still won't likely see everything. I truly enjoy shipping these stores and always try to check out inventory at any location I encounter.
