This Walmart is big and clean parking lot and also they have no parking signs but i saw couple truck here i came here for day time just for shopping I park my truck and no issues here but I request to everyone like truckers and also other Coustmers please do throw garbage in parking please they have too many garbage can overthere so please use them we need to help them and request them I don’t know the truckers have any issues for night parking but i read other comments so I don’t think any issues for night parking but we need to clean parking lot because if they respect us for night parking so we need to thankfull to them so again thanks for management for help truckers

Admittedly I do more online pick up orders than in store shopping, but the team in Pickup has ALWAYS been great! Always polite and courteous, always asks if I want bread and eggs up front.The last few times I've had to go in store there were a few items not in stock and a few not placed with the proper tag; employees were working and most always pleasant. If you need something from electronics there's almost always going to be a wait of at least several minutes, esp if what you need is locked in a theft proof case. The employees seem to be doing their jobs, there just aren't many of them.

Had to take a trip to pick up a friend. Stopped to get a few things for the trip back to Dothan. Hands down the most well stocked, well organized, clean, friendly and helpful workers for a Walmart I have seen after the passing of Mr. Sam Walton. God rest his soul.

Big store with self checkout. A lot of items we needed to purchase were very hard to reach (the soy milk was all the way in the back of the cooler). We found most of what we needed and the prices here are the best in town for groceries. Overall, this is a decent Walmart. We shop here often when we are visiting this area.

This is the movie Friday store, they do not keep the products stocked. Customer service is horrible at best. It's clear that not one person working there has any pride in their work ethic. Not one.Gave 1 Star only because it wouldn't allow me to post the review without any. Auto service department is deplorable. Do better people

This Walmart is particularly really clean wow The staff here excellent very helpful all of that when they saw that there was a surge in customers on the Saturday that I visited which is today they opened up more checkout stands and to get people through so they can go home I'm sure and enjoy what they just bought. Lol I don't know but they open more checkout stands when they got a surge more customers which was totally awesome I thought that was awesome.I'm an over the road truck driver and there's something wrong with the heater in my truck so I had to come in and buy a heating blanket and the staff here were totally awesome and courteous to me young man helped me out finding the heating blanket that I needed and I was so thankful you have no idea cuz I'm from Idaho and I'm down here in Alabama where it's really warm right now but Idaho is really really cold right now so and I have to travel back through the northern states here in a little bit cuz I have a load going there but thank you so much Walmart and thank you to all the staff there at this Walmart in I believe it's Alabama

Asked a male employee to see if they had anymore Pepsi, s in stock, asked him very nicely even thanked him , he said he would but he didn't . Waited for him and even waited for him to finish his flirting with another customer, he walked to the back as if he was , waited for him more , a few minutes goes by he isn't out , then a few more minutes goes by , he comes through the other door , with food and d drink in his hands eating it looks dead off at me doesn't speak and walks off .

The store is clean and well organized. We asked several associates for help in different departments, and they were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The cashier was awesome his name was James. He was so friendly and such a sweet guy. This is the first Walmart in a long time that I would actually recommend. I live in Florida but may have to come back!!

Shopping at Walmart a couple of weeks ago and go to checkout at one of the registers. The checker is on her phone didn’t greet me nor say anything after I left. She was extremely rude.The store is never stocked with the items I need. Walmart DC right down the road make it make sense as to why this store doesn’t have what I need. Covid hit and they just stopped carrying certain things. Doesn’t make any sense I have to go to multiple stores when I shop. No sunbeam dinner rolls no white lily cornmeal and the little boy section is almost obsolete.

I’m giving a 5 star review primarily because of Drew who works outside. He’s always hustling, and kind to all. He’s a dedicated, hard worker regardless of the weather and in the southeast Alabama summers, it gets in the 100s not to mention the humidity. Drew and the others outside deserve greater appreciation, more money, more help, and better ways to keep them cooler so they don’t get heatstroke. Please provide these outside workers with cool, wet hand towels, more liquids, personal fans that they can attach to their person, etc. I couldn’t do their job and neither could many. Show them some love!!

I love going to Walmart because you can find everything you are looking for in one place. They have all your grocery items, pet supplies, miscellaneous household items, automotive needs, and my favorite the garden center. They even have a pharmacy for all your over the counter and prescription needs. It's your one stop shop for all!

Shelves were stocked well and found everything easily. I only wish that 1 of the 2 front end clerks had access to ring up an entire cart full of groceries instead of making me do it and standing there watching me. One of them actually went and got me a 2nd cart to put my bagged items in.

Well they have almost everything but they did have what I like the most flashlight a Bushnell torch 1500!!!!! I call the light daylight because it is so bright and it was a very very non expensive light but well-built durable waterproof I have a video

I have lived all over the United States and the Troy Walmart is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. There customer service is awful and there always out of stock and the store is nasty. The employees there obviously are lazy and just don't care. There rude as well. I'm a big fan of Walmart just not the Troy Walmart.
