Literally the worst pharmacy ever. If I could give them negative stars I would. I've never had a good experience here and I've had to deal with them for several years due to my child being on a specific medication I can not get in the area we live in, so I drive 30+ minutes to deal with this horrible place. They are ALWAYS rude, my medications are NEVER ready when they say they are and half the time they act like they "can't find" your med. I've had them give me a "90" days supply of medication and the bottle only have 30 pills in it, I always have to open my bag and check every single med before walking/pulling out of line. They will literally close for lunch or close for the day while there are people still in line! No, they don't say we're going to serve the next 3 people then we must close, or something to that nature... they just close the blinds down with people in line! Both the drive up window and walk up window are awful. I've been denied my meds so many times for simple and stupid reasons that were caused by them! This place is a literal nightmare!!! I'm finding somewhere else to go as soon as possible!!!!!!!!Do not recommend this place to anyone unless you just feel like having to jump through hoops every month to get your medicine.On a side note the general shopping area is great.

I challenge Walgreens management to review their security video from today, January 22 at approximately 10:00 - 10:15am. I am in the grey hoodie with grey knit cap. I stood in line for FIVE MINUTES while THREE WALGREEN EMPLOYEES chatted standing at the counter ignoring me. After they talked about chicken and rice, their kids and their cars I politely asked "Is this the checkout line?" The rotund one told me "Yes but we are ahead of you." A Walgreen's employee! They continued to chat without checking out. No other cashiers available. I finally just had to leave. This sounds like fiction but I DARE WALGREENS to observe the video and tell me that what their employees did was acceptable. When I contact Walgreen's again it will be to move all my prescriptions, my parents', my wife's and my kids'. This is unacceptable behavior for any business.*UPDATE Oct 2022: No improvement. I get band-aids there, that's about it

Great photo quality on prints, but do your photo selection online. Usually only one kiosk is working and it's slow. Worst experience I've had with them was today with an employee adamant that my online order was not there. He did not want to listen to me explain how this was the 2nd time an online special order had been sent there by corporate and all I had to do was pick it up. He was so persistent that I was wrong and he was right. Finally he found my order, but didn't apologize for misunderstanding, but said, "Corporate did this, not us." Okay, what does that matter to me? I showed him the confirmation email that it had been paid for but he still did not believe me and got a manager. Finally the manager showed him that it was sent here, paid for, for me to pick up. Might as well paid shipping to my house for that customer service, or lack there of!

Extremely slow. Does not contact you if there's a problem with filling your prescription. Won't answer the phone when I call to find out what problem is with filling my prescription. Called 3 times was on hold 22 minutes each time so I hung up. I have covid and need the meds but I guess they don't see it that way. If I live through this I am changing pharmacy.

Will you eventually get your prescription? Yes. Is it usually accurate? Also yes. Will it take you an eternity to do so? **Absolutely**.This is the most frustrating Pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune to use.Recently, this Walgreens decided to cancel a prescription I needed and had been filling there with no notice, leaving me without it as I scrambled to fill it elsewhere. I need that stuff to function daily! What Pharmacy does that? It was a headache to deal with, and though I had refills left, they thought it was fine to cancel, and left me without options.Swapped to Publix Pharmacy, and have never looked back.

Does anybody know the name of the Pharmacy Manager and how to contact them?Update-this was/is the store on Love Ave, in Tifton, GA.Must admit…a person from the store did call me to resolve my problem. But the name of the manager remains a mystery to me…

Very respectful employees and management and they are very helpful when you need help someone is always on the floor putting items on the shelves stocking the pharmacy staff very polite i was in there today and i was back outside in less than 10 minutes in and out in no time
