Not a mall store, a discounted nice selection varied goods store. From clothing and shoes to kitchen/ housing decor, linens, pet supplies, & personal care items like facial scrubs, there's a little of it all. Brand names you may have to dig a little for. Neatly kept with friendly employees.

Horrible customer service my fourteen year old neice wanted to try on a pair of shorts as she was waiting the lady told her she needed to leave .... said they were short staff but she was already assisting another customer so if your short staffed why are you letting one customer try on clothes and not another... another thing I might add is we are white and the lady was black she acted racist to me and she figured a child would just take her being rude!! ross I'm disappointed that you hire employees like this !!

Decent place but we were rung up by a cashier who seemed to be sick. She (Rose) was extremely sweet even though you could tell it was hard for her to talk. Really wish to see companies take care of their people better. #takecareofyourworkers

Love going but sometimes it does feel like the workers are watching/following you. And a lot of times they're sold out of my size in some sections but my husband loves checking out the small miscellaneous/tool and electronics section while I look at clothes too

I went to this location on 10/18 and this girl ( assoc number 2147037 a Caucasian girl) charged me 18 dollars for an item that should only be 8 dollars ! I stay like 30 mins from Troy Al so when I went to get issue corrected I asked could I also get some type of coupon or something due to the inconvenience! The 2 girls that worked on 10/19 was nice and very apologetic meanwhile the Indian lady (manager ) did not apologize or even say she will offer any type of coupon or discount on item ! For this store to be so new they are very bad business ! I work in customer service and deal with a lot of people going off and I apologize to the customers and try to help fix the issue the manager tonight did nothing to help but ask crazy questions when the receipt was in her face 0 out of 10 do not recommend

I didn’t want to give this one star me & my wife was in ross in Troy it was about 8:47-8:50pm when we came to the store all I did was walk around the store to look at things they started following me around. There nothing in this world worth stealing just to go to hell for. They don’t know I have experience in security.I can recognize things I can feel things I know when things Aren’t right. But Ross going to lose alot of business if they keep this going because they lost ours here in Troy…

Nice. But I don’t steal and I definitely don’t have to steal especially when I see the same recycled clothing that the Ross in Dothan and Montgomery. Stop making it so obvious that you are watching the shopper. Or you probably going to be closed soon. Do better. And In the meantime I will take my business to either TJ Maxx or I will just go to Montgomery

La, noche de ayer (04/12/22) fui de compras y pague a las 8:05, 5 prendas entre ellas dos cinturones de dama los cuales no venían en la bolsa el chico q me cobro estaba en la caja #2, no me di cuenta pq estaba sacando mi dinero de mi CARTERA tome el el ticket y la bolsa desafortunadamente no revise al salir y hasta esta hora (1:32 am 04 /13/22) saque las cosas para revisar mi compra y no vienen esos cinturones! Como los puedo recuperar pq YO LOS PAGUE!! Y HONESTAMENTE SOY CLIENTE CONTINUO Y NUNCA ME HABÍA PASADO ALGO ASÍ!!
