Always a great experience! Employees are so kind! Prices are a little higher than Walmart, but service is great and the store is well-kept. I was happy to get some Coffee ice cream as a birthday treat. It was free, because I use the Publix app.

Excellent customer service in all departments!. Always can get help without searching, or waiting on employees for help. Also perfection when your unable to assist yourself if you have health issues. Overall, this shopping experience that I have ever experienced.

The toaster in the deli is always broken. Deli doesn't even answer the phone when you call. If you are hungry, eat anywhere else. The rest of the store is decent by Publix standards but the deli is worse than a gas station.

I placed a deli order on Monday for pickup on Saturday for Gameday tailgate at Troy. I even called midweek to confirm. Got to Publix today to pickup and was told they were running behind and it would be 30-45 minutes before it was ready. There were 2 other people there for pickup and were told the same. I’m sorry, but if I order a week out and I specifically tell you I need it at 10:15, then I expect it to be ready when I get there. I was feeding a large group and not having my order nearly ruined my tailgate meal! No excuse for this! I won’t be doing business with this store again!

Larger public supermarket then you'd expect. Very easy to find and locate what you're looking for. This Publix has a fantastic deli area with prepared items to choose from.Check out was very easy and employees were Publix friendly as expected!

It's a better store then others in the area. Prices are a little high. Watch when they sack your goods because they will leave items on the table and not go in your bag. An extra trip back is the inconvenience that you'll have to endure....

Clean as usual. But a new young female bagger had bad attitude and put my package of fresh sushi in with a melon and threw it in the cart when I wasn’t watching (ruined the sushi). She also put my small bag of chips in the bottom of a bag and put the frozen foods on top of it. So naturally the chips were all broken.Then came out of the store to STARE at me while I put groceries in the car. I have a tattoo on my face so if that’s her problem then she needs to get over it.Think Publix needs to talk to new employees about checking attitudes.

Always VERY CLEAN, organized and well lit with selections that cannot be found anywhere else. The bakery always has the most interesting desserts with a nice selection and cakes more extravagant than you'd expect to find in a grocery store freshly made sushi with $5 sushi deals every Wed. They gave a beautiful selection of prearranged flowers ready when you walk in the door or you can even choose your own Small bouquets and create your own. The staff is always friendly and smiling, eager to help; and the pharmacy has a drive thru for convenience

I really enjoyed this store. They had so many options and variety. This is what set it apart from other grocery stores that I've been to. Wish I had this back home. Also people were very friendly and polite. The store was really clean.

Love love LOVE this place! Employees are kind and considerate. Store always clean and stocked. Cashier's are friendly and efficient. BOGOs apply to each item, meaning if the BOGO is on 2L Coke products regularly priced $3.99 then you can buy one for half the price= $2!

I enjoy going to Publix to find items I can't find at other locations. I went last week and a young man named Santiago assisted me with finding my items. He was so mannerable and knowledgeable. I wish you could do something special for him. He's is most definitely an asset to the company.

In Troy Al.. lady on my bus had grab snacks for team whats for sure where to go... getting ready to go piggywiggle which was about 30 mins away, i choose Publix only 10 mins away

Was being difficult about a curbside pickup. Poor communication with my loved one when attempting to pickup. There is no reason I should able to call and understand exactly what happened but the person I sent in there could not get the info that was needed. It’s very easy to ask for a confirmation screenshot or if there’s any other name it could be under. Poor customer service overall. Help your customer don’t gaslight. If you can’t provide the best help then don’t come to work. Thanks.
