Use to be good but, not anymore. Very Poor Customer service, they sold us 2 Hisence AC neither one worked. We bought their 3 yr plan & they wouldn't credit them back, so we lost all that money, Won't buy from them any more. Lowes Troy ALThey don't have Customer Service, Beware !!!!!!

When I visited the Lowe's in Troy Alabama recently, I was searching for an item and the Sales Associate Kaylin (Inside Lawn & Garden) was so very knowledgeable and helpful.She provided great resources and solutions for my issue and pointed me to options. It's rare to encounter such great Customer Service. This is what makes a person like me want to come back and shop.Often times you will need assistance and cannot find anyone to give you a moment of their time, but this definitely was not the case!Great job Kaylin!

Lowe’s is by far the best building and home supply store. I can find everything I need there for my home projects. Their prices are competitive with other building suppliers.

We buy a lot from Lowe's and would have purchased a Bosch refrigerator and a freezer from them this past weekend, but they claimed it was not in stock and that Bosch was discontinuing it. Despite having a new unit on the floor and at a sale price thru 4/10/24, they would not sell it. Doesn't make sense... why would you not sell it if Bosch is discontinuing it? Why keep advertising it in the stores and online? They claim there were none in the warehouse, yet Bosch has 35 available to ship and more in production. They lost a sale on fridge and freezer. Thankfully, Cohen's in Montgomery price matched Lowe's price and we purchased both from them. We won't stop shopping at Lowe's for certain things, but we won't buy anymore appliances from them.

So when you order a pallet ot redi mix you get a discount, then lowes charges u 23.00 and change for the pallet not so bad untill u find out u have to return yourself to fet your money back! I live forty miles from lowes. my truck gets 18 miles to a gallon 2.5 gallons each way@ 3.27 a gallon x5=16.30 the sad part, they drive past my house twice a week for deliveries. Ive ordered 4 pallets of redi mix. No matter what they will get that discount back! They suck!!! Bad buissiness practice in my opinion! Get me once shame on u get me twice shame on me!

I called Lowes in Troy Alabama 17 times over the course of 125 miles to reschedule a delivery. The automated system is junk. It is nearly impossible to speak to someone. Everytime the system tried to connect me to someone that can help with a delivery schedule the system hung up. The phone rang for 3 minutes straight nobody answered, was on hold over 15 minutes nobody answered. I ended up having to call corporate who was very helpful with cancelling a $6000.00 order that could of been rescheduled but after 2.5hrs or attempting to speak to an associate cancelling was the best option. I went to The Home Depot and recommend others to do the same.

They need to learn what they have, where it is, & get a customer-oriented attitude. That's a great part of staying in business. It's terrible to go into the store, look for something, then ask an employee after you track one down...then be sent to the wrong place...not once, but three times in a row!!! That's the type service Troy's Lowe's has been giving for quiet a while. Bottom line: They all need retraining or replaced!

We asked for help locating electric fence supplies. After checking the location we were sent to, we couldn't find anything. When we asked for help again, the associate said he "didn't care" Went to the manager who looked it up and told us they no longer carried this.

It's a great place. Except they change their policy for appliances and their extended warranty people give you the run around. When you order special ordered appliances and spend 100,000's of dollars in the place they shouldn't give you the run around.

Excellent service, they arrived earlier than stipulated but the delivery was brutal, they set up the dryer and washing machine in less than 50 minutes. They checked them for any faults and they left. We were impressed. Thanks Lowe’s of Troy Al

After asking 3 people where a product was I found someone that knew... We both agreed that they are there, but don't "work" there. It was pathetic... That is a clear indicator of poor management. I wished I could remember the man that assisted me, he needs to be moved up to management.

Glad you asked. Over the past 10 years my wife and I have spent around 20k$ at the Troy location without having many problems. Yesterday we went in to purchase Halloween decorations. A young man,Robert was very helpful as one of the items was not working as it just needed batteries. The 3 items we were purchasing were 50% off, per Robert.Which he said all the Halloween decor in that area was 50% off.i also inquired about a pumpkin that was at the entrance and Robert said he didn't know if it was also on sale.He would have to ask his manager. Which we decided we would just purchase the 3 items on sale. So we went to checkout and the young man couldn't figure out how to apply the 50% off. At that time a lady comes to the register and says the items were not on sale, were regular price and that Robert didn't know what he was doing. So after being humiliated in front of everyone we simply left the items at register and walked out not purchasing anything. I'll never set foot in a Lowe's again. Talked to manager Brady, but no help what so ever, just a quick I apologize. As myself being in the retail industry for 50 years, I can tell you these people need to be trained in customer service.Thanks for nothing,Henry J.

Purchased a new Samsung refridgerator, was delivered and doesn't work properly when my wife contacted the store they acted like it was a hassle to handle our problem she was transfered several times and was given the run around on an error their installers made. Absolutely disgusted with the level of professionalism this company has portrayed. Told my wife they would have to come pick it up and take back to the store to work on it. Absolutely unacceptable. Will never do business with lowes again. We paid 2200 dollars for a broken fridge and they did nothing about it.
