Came in at 10 til close(because I got off late myself).Ran like a crazy person looking for snaps, towels, and tarps. The lady in charge can over ask what she could help with because they were closed. I explained to her about snaps and she had no clue..then a light came on and she showed them to me. The whole way back arguing that she wasn't gonna be able to close on time..I told her I was very sorry but I also just got off late and still had an hour drive home. Rude rude rude! The little cashier was super sweet and again I apologized.

Harbor Freight is a very awesome store I enjoy the prices enjoy the quality of merchandise typically I enjoy the experience of shopping in their store however I learned first-hand that if you get there close to the time of closing they give you very little or no leeway whether you've had a long busy day a lot of travel there's not a lot of understanding because they just don't have the patience to understand you didn't make it there in time I mean circumstances are changing for everybody or different but sometimes they just got to go a little bit longer on the clock to keep a customer a little bit ready to buy some stocks

This harbor Freight Tools is a good store. The staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of various products. Many times, if you go to the Harbor freights site they have good coupons for like 30% off.

Staff here is friendly and always eager to help! If you're a typical guy who likes tool stores... Check em out. The only real downside is that you wont find your "Big name brands" here, but their prices are pretty incredible. They carry all kinds of tools though... From Lathes to welders, basically any kind of saw, mechanics tools, carpentry tools... And the list goes on. So if you're looking for tools on a budget, this is your store.

Sometimes the folks are super friendly... Other times they're awful. The quality of stuff is mediocre but the price is normally pretty good. I get my dog food here every month because it is best quality for price I have been able to find.

This is it, I went in looking for a 1/2" diameter but 6" long coil spring. And immediately a sales lady asked if I needed help with anything . I said yes , told her what I was looking for . Oh she was good . She kinda looked toward the ceiling and i could see in her head that she was scanning the entire store shelf by shelf . Then with out hesitation she said nope sorry sir we do not sale springs in here. But you might try tractor supply they sale those springs in the hardware isle . She was correct . I looked all over HFTs and did not see anything that even so much as resembled a coil spring. So I saw some metal cut off wheels which i needed some anyway. I got 2 PACKS OF THOSE METAL CUT OFF WHEELS . THANKS TO THAT LADIES CARING I BOUGHT THOSE CUT OFF WHEELS . I COULD HAVE GOTTEN THEM SOME WHERE ELSE .

Great story. Good prices. Quality is okay for price. Dont expect the best when your paying less but overall the quality is good. Friendly service if you need assistance. Stores always clean.

You can get a lot of really useful stuff at good prices as long as you remember the old adage, "You get what you pay for." If you don't make your living from and depending on the type of use intended for, tools can be found for fairly reasonable prices. How hard and often you use them will determine if the low price offsets reliability and durability. A right angle grinder can be had for $12. If you hang it on the wall in the toolshed and put it to use a few times a year, it could last forever. $12 well spent! If you plan on cutting 20', 3/4" rebar into 4' pieces all day long, don't be disappointed if it only works $12 worth. I found Harbor Freight to have a lot of items I can use priced low enough that I can afford to buy them! How much mileage you get just depends on your usage!

harbor freight is a good place to buy cheap tools that don't last that long. Although some accessories have lasted me for years and some things are very worth the money you just have to watch out for the electric tools. The Hercules drills are well worth the money the ladder stands ROK don't try to buy a cheap they break on your pretty quick. The sawzall blades in any other type of blade really dull down fast. The air tools are worth it they've lasted me for a while .The discounts are nice that you get in the mail if you become.

Junk freight, or China Freight. Most power equipment will not hold up. Go to lowes, Tractor supply or Hardware store. Pay a little more .Will save you money in the long run. Harbor freight has no guarantee on its product but 90 days. Will not step foot in that store again.
