I was behind the store today dropping off some donations on what appeared to be some type of loading dock at the back door. There was a lot of merchandise that others have left there also. However, it looks like it’s going to rain pretty soon. Are you guys going to let that stuff just get ruined?

My husband & l were here today .we were checking out prices on mattresses. The young guy that was working there was very friendly & helpful to us. I could rate him as being professional. We had a good visit.

The girl at the register was on her phone when we entered. And when we checked out she kept checking her phone. Then wouldn’t allow us to use the buggy to load our merch and we had kids. Two toddlers with full buggy’s. No help was offered.

This is a great shop to get some clothes for very cheap. On my last visit I found a nice tie, button up shirt, and a blazer all for under $15. Sometimes it will be a hit or miss, but I still highly recommend for everyone.

It’s a pretty good GoodWill with a nice selection of stuff. But they go a little crazy with their pricing sometimes. I was there today and saw they had a jacket and they were asking $75! That’s crazy! It’s almost insulting thinking that they think they can sell a used jacket for that much. And I actually looked up that jacket on ebay and plenty of people were ASKING ~$75 but once I checked all the sold listings, people were GETTING ~$30 for that jacket. And that’s not the only thing I’ve seen there that’s been grossly overpriced. Like a pair of used dirty Adidas shoes without the laces had a $25 price written ON the shoes. Why would you write ON the shoes you claim to be $25? I’m probably going to stop going there is I keep on seeing things like this.

On 8/12/17 we traveled to Troy to patronize the Goodwill store. It was approximately 4:50 when we arrived. When I reached the door the open sign was still visible. As I pulled the door an employee said "We're closed " and snatched the door inward. She then flipped the sign in my face. There was no professionalism what do ever. The person that was with me stated she has never seen anything like it!
