All I can say is aggravating, personally love the store until you get to the checkout station. Went shopping with my stepmom, was looking at the drinks right by check out and was yelled at to move to a check out station once I moved I was still talking to my stepmom asking her to grab me a drink then she once got screamed at to moved up completely interrupting us , then I proceeded to pay I always have a associate practically breathing down my neck not even giving me time to process. Then they come and try to do the survey themselves??? Not professional at all

Honestly the staff is kind of rude. They continuously hover over you at check out to complete the survey for you. When I said that is a bit rude she proceeded to curse and say she didn’t give a F. Just had a really nasty attitude.

Great store, just don't understand why the name of the store is Five Below...I thought everything in the store would be $5.00 and under, but by far is that so. Prices are much higher! Store is clean, well stocked and Employee's very pleasant.

I LOVE shopping at 5 below, especially for Christmas things! This is the best place to find stocking stuffers for kids and gifts for the school-age kids when they have their $10 or less gift swaps at school Christmas parties.

While the store was very clean and stocked the older female employee working the front counter was rude and also invading my space. This store is set up to be self-checkout and she was reaching over without me asking for help and filing out the survey on the pin pad herself when I was attempting to pay. Overall, this left me feeling offended that she kept invading my space and didn’t think I was competent enough to check my self out at self checkout. No the store was not busy, I was the only one and checkout and I did not have a lot of items that would slow me down either.

Company does not pay their bills! Been nearly a year and have still not been paid for work performed on their Troy, Alabama location! Will never do business with them again. Shame on you for taking advantage of small contractors!

Was shopping around with my daughter and she took off her jacket and put it in the cart and I guess the employee thought we where stealing and follow us around 🙄 at check out I asked her if she want to see my bag to make SURE WE WHERE NOT STEALING and she was no I wasn't thinking like that after she followed us all over the store 😡

Not five dollars and below. The store name is misleading. The first time I went into the store, I thought everything would be $5 or less, like the Dollar Tree. I was wrong. I have heard the Dollar Tree is doing that now also.....having items that are over a dollar. The one in my area, the items are still a dollar.
