Clean and well stocked. Great prices. Friendly employees.❗❗❗❗UPDATE❗❗❗❗Stopped by yesterday, 09/22/2022 around 3 pm. No greeting upon arrival, shelves were bare, and so many roll container's on the isles, and all the way across the back wall, which made it hard to get by, much less find anything. I saw one employee, the assistant manager, who was stocking. Finally found what I needed, and proceeded to check out line. No one in line, and NO cashier. Stood there a good while, along with another customer, and no one came. Walked across the front so I could see down the isles, searching for an employee, and as I was walking, I ran into another customer, and ask if she'd seen any employees, who said, "yeah, I know right?" I took her remark, as if she had had the same experience I was having. I did not see a single employee. Finally, I walked up on the cashier, who seemed to be coming from the back of the store..I checked out, and the cashier did not say a word, not sorry you had to wait, thank you, come back, nothing! It's ashame that the cashier on that particular shift, seemed to care so much about her job, duties, and customers. I've always enjoyed shopping at this store, but not sure I'll be back.

Manager with rainbow colored hair always has an attitude and rude with customers. Store always short staffed, shelves empty yet there were 7 carts full of merchandise placed through out the store waiting to be stocked. Some of those carts sat untouched for 2 days. Store needs cleaning as well. I know at least 4 customers other than myself that have started using another store.

Could stand to be cleaned, sweep and mop the floor and dusting would be nice. Every time I go there this Dollar General's prices are different than the others (much higher), they won't honor prices that are actually listed under the item (or even go and check the price that is posted). I've tried to get hold of Corporate Office or even the District Manager, I've yet to hear from either one.

My name is Angelyn Ball. I went in to. The 7550 store on Elba highway because I like to shop at different dollar general stores. While in there I need to use the restroom. I asked., so the older clerk if they had a restroom. The youngest lad looked at me and said no it is out of order. I humbled sad, “then I have to go, I have bladder problems. I’m 64 and if your store does not have public restrooms day so. Don’t lie. My first time in that store. And now I know why. Plus I live in Rutledge alabama and I drive all ove shop in y’all stores.

It is so great having this store so close to home. Can get most everything we need here and saves trips to Troy. It is a very well organized and everything is easy to find. And all the employees are very helpful and friendly also

I love the Dollar General Store in Springhill. Most of the workers are so kind and work so hard. Its always clean & they are very helpful.

Called first after looking up what I needed and was told yes they could. And then drove half an hour, and arrived, they stated could not assist. When I stated, " that's why I called' a got an incencere we're sorry.

I shop with hand basket.I've told them for months,the baskets are filthy.Told them just spray them with cleaner set them out in the rain.Again today they are still filthy .Please clean up.They the shopping baskets are filthy.DRJ
