Jessica at the pharmacy needs an attitude check. Not only was she rude but I witnessed her hang up on my friend after my friend asked for her name. (She was being extremely disrespectful to my friend) to which I witnessed the call. If she hates her job that much maybe she should quite 🤷🏼‍♀️

Review based solely upon my experience with the pharmacy staff. Every experience I’ve had while being a customer at this CVS pharmacy has been poor. I’ve had prescriptions called and left on voicemail by my doctor's office but then lost by the staff here. They also have poor attitudes and should not be working with the public!

There are some nice ladies in the pharmacy, but I asked one I’ve never spoken to this morning if they would be able to refill my adderall prescription (not sure of the answer because of the shortage) and was told my refill would be processed without being told how long it would take or that they didn’t have my medicine. I sat by the phone for over an hour and scheduled my day around going to get it. I would also prefer if they used the words controlled substance over narcotic, since I am legally prescribed this medication, require it to function, and do not abuse it. Please do not insult your customers by telling them they use narcotics.

Called to find out if I could use my v.a. health insurance to fill a prescription from the emergency room. Never talked to a real person and didn't get my prescription till the next day. I would rather pay twice as much at Walgreens and get what I need than use CVS because they are too lazy or incompetent to pick up the dang phone.

This review is solely based on the pharmacy. Every time you go in there and talk to anyone, they are SO rude & act as if you’re the pharmacist &/or know everything. They make you feel stupid for asking any questions about your meds, insurance, anything at all. Also anytime you call up there they act like you’re the biggest inconvenience of their day & a waste of their time. Just wanted to add that I switched over pharmacies today because of all these issues.

The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude both in person and over the phone. They are not helpful and seem like they are inconvenienced when they have to do their jobs. I have used CVS for the last eight years at another location and they were fabulous but the Troy location has lost my business. The store staff on the other hand is very pleasant and helpful.

Not being prejudice at all but the one short black girl with dreads and glasses is so rude and it's every time I see her to check out she is rude. She probably in her 20s but they need to fire her and I'm going to talk to the manager about her !!!

The pharmacy employee Emily made a mistake and keep telling us our insurance is not active. After checking with HR and Blue cross, both assured us nothing wrong with our insurance, she still insist that HER SYSTEM shows our insurance is not active and REFUSED to talk to Blue Cross on the phone to fix the issue. When the other employee found a second after nothing wrong with our insurance, she kept saying she did know whats wrong. Unbelievable customer service.

Went to get my prescription and I asked how much it would be? The pharmacist quoted $98.00. I declined. Went to the competition paid $7.20. Same prescription same town way different price…. Those are the facts make your own decision…

Kept telling me to come in next week for a truck with medication I needed. After a month of this my illness went into remission. Spent entire month in pain with cluster headaches due to their unprofessionalism. I tried to pick up a script after giving them hours of notice and was told it wasn’t ready. When I asked for a time frame I was told it’ll be awhile. I needed my medication yesterday and their poor customer service is affecting my health. I’d rather pay out of pocket then to continue to be in pain because of CVS.

Store 4858 Near Troy, AlStopped in to check on filling a prescription and use the restrooms. We were on a 5 hour road trip, had stopped for several restroom stops and this restroom was worse than any run down nasty gas station bathroom we had seen. The trash was overflowing, empty toilet paper rolls under the dispenser, no soap to wash your hands. The outside of the toilet had layers of dust and fluids streaming down. We asked an employee about getting some soap and informed them that the room needed some attention. She acted like that wasn’t her job. The men’s room was worse. It smelled of urine because the toilet and floor was stained with urine. While we waited for the girl to track down the soap we went to the pharmacy counter and had to ask for hand sanitizer because there wasnt any out on the counter. He said he was aware of the condition of the restroom and commented, “yeah, we’ve told them.” I don’t know who “we or them” are but someone’s not doing their job. If the shift employees are not going to clean them they need to hire a janitorial service. For a place you go to care for your health, the sight of this place made me feel sick.

The staff are always helpful but the store itself, particularly the pharmacy area is always filthy. The cushions on the seating, the carpet, flu shot table and counters do not appear to be cleaned nor sanitized frequently.

Lost my antibiotic prescription and had the nerve to tell me that I picked it up. Guy in drive through scanned it and after I told him that I didn't need it then due to taking another antibiotic. I asked him to place it on hold. He told me he would. Well he never did.

Worst. I went today and one person was rushing to leave getting all frustrated and then he told the other worker to do it for him he has to go and then this guy that came was being rude. And I was going to buy something else but they were so rude I left my stuff and left.
