I LOVE this big lots location! I went there to find new items to add to my Christmas decor collection. They have some of the prettiest ornaments and garland, and most items are on sale right up until Christmas day. Will be making a return trip very soon!

Nice new store. Big lots used to be cheaper than other stores. Was more affordable for single moms. Is not anymore. But they have set up a nice store.

Store looks great on the inside! Friendly employees, clean and well stocked store. I hope the residents of Pike County come out to support this business...it's not over priced and actually in range of other stores or under. Ladies check out the Cosmetics section!

I went to this location for the 2nd time. The staff dont greet you at all. They don't ask you if you need assistance or anything. They aren't very friendly here period. Prices say one thing check out says another. I would not shop at this location ever again. I will continue to go to Enterprise they always treat customers great a d are always eager to assist. Troy BIG LOTS is a joke.

Staff is unfriendly and condescending. I came in to make a big furniture purchase with my husband, and neither of the 2 associates in the furniture department greeted us or so much as smiled. Sheena had an especially nasty attitude for some unknown reason. There was an uncomfortable tension during the entire sales process. Then, despite 4 associates coming outside to us with the furniture, my husband did all the heavy lifting to "avoid damaging it." In other words, to keep them from having to do an exchange. If it weren't for the fact we had travelled an hour away to buy out of stock items from our local location, I wouldn't have spent a dime. I've heard this is a newer store and don't expect it to last at this rate.

They had a lot of summer merchandise on sale for 75% off. Unfortunately, they did not have what I was looking for - auto window washer fluid.

This is my 2nd visit to the Troy location, and they are the most UNFRIENDLY STAFF I've come across at a Biglots. No one greets you!Both visits were during slow times of day.Today I passed 3 employees and they they don't say a word. One was a male manager, who I passed in isle at least 4 times and he never said a word to me. Not can I help you, or excuse me NOTHING(because twice I had to move out of his way and I said "opps sorry"On both visits I was testing out sofasNo one offered help. When I make my large purchase it will be at the Enterprise location where they're friendly and assist you.

This was my first time shopping this store. They had lots of mark downs in clothing, makeup, garden, and outdoor merchandise. The grocery section was very overpriced as well as paper products, electronics, home decor, and pet departments. I wouldnt exactly call this a dicount store!

Staff ignores customers and talk as if they are doing a great favor to customers by just being there. Have a lot of furniture on display but if you ask, the most likely answer would be “out of stock”. Do not come here if you desperately need something that some other places don’t have.

Calling corporate in the morning. Manager wouldn't refund me for something I bought earlier that I realized wouldn't fit my dog because 'we cannot sell as new'
