I actually really like this little neighborhood walmart. Everything is in stock, and the store is clean and organized. When I do grocery pick-up, they are always on time. The line is always really fast. I see a lot of the same employees, so I bet management is doing a good job.

The 3 stars is for the grocery store itself because it's convenient and checkout goes pretty quick. Zero stars for pharmacy. I dropped them off in person and asked questions about my insurance and would they take good RX if insurance didn't cover them. Rude lady said she couldn't tell me anything til they got filled. She said 45 minutes. 3 hours later they were finally filled and refused to take the good Rx with an actual card. There's a reason I asked these questions at drop off. I'll stick with CVS. Only came here because my Dr said they were cheaper. No they weren't. Now I don't have my meds

Wal-Mart typically has good prices and good employees. This one has good prices and GREAT employees! Stopped by today and most of the beverage aisles were empty? Drove to the Rangelibe location; it was completely stocked!

I love this store because it’s small and has all of the essentials. It’s very easy to get in and out. The best part is that it’s much closer to my house so I save gas and time by coming to this location.

I will never shop at Walmart again. After having to check myself out because there are no cashiers where I have to shop, an associate came and checked to make sure I scanned all of my items. If you are so worried about it, put cashier’s back in the stores. You have gotten away from customer service, so I will be going to Rouses across the street where they do it for you.

I get money sent to me regularly. This Neighborhood Market is right across the street from my apartment, so it is very convenient. My reason for 1 star is for one their associates who work the desk are very rude and disrespectful and their machine is always down for some reason. If your machine never works why advertise money services?

Stop by Friday while in Mobile, very clean and well stocked. Cashiers are friendly and Myra was very professional with every one. She rang all of our groceries even though it’s all self checkout. Will be shopping here again when in town.

I really dislike the self checkout style here. You can't see one end from the other. They have an employee at one end herding you like cattle. The store layout is easier with the short aisles. Just need some real checkouts.Last time I was here, the employee yells at me to go to a self checkout at the other end... I get there and the darn thing is messed up. So I got to walk back down just to have her begin to try to send me back to to the broke one. I turned and took a different one without getting too mad. I'm going to avoid this store for now on.

This Wal-mart is ok but if you need a scooter due to disabilities or an injury and you can't walk very far you'd better go in through the exit doors because the space between the entrance and exit doors is blocked by a huge stack of water and drinks. Some employees saw me trying to go in the exit doors and totally ignored me instead of opening the automatic doors for me; by husband had to walk all the way around the registers and opened the door for me so I'd be closer to the scooters. This wall needs to be removed.

CARLETTA IS THE RUDEST MOST ARROGANT STUCK UP WOMAN IVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF SPEAKING TO WHEN NEEDING HELP ON BEING OVER CHARGED! Get her and “T” out of that place and it would run a heck of a lot smoother!!!! My card was charged twice and my husbands account was overdrawn bc of this. I even called before coming up there and she told me without a paper receipt it would be fine that they could pull the camera footage I said ok I wasted my TIME MONEY AND GAS AGAIN all to be talked down to and scoffed at by this “manager” never in my life have I felt so rudely treated by a person in customer service! Prepare for a bit of an odd review.My car broke down recently (ball joint) and well the show must go on. I walk to this Walmart (1.5mile round trip) about twice a day sometimes 3 times. I average probably 3 miles a day with half of that being the walk back with an awkward load of groceries. I've been using a clear mesh backpack so no-one assumes I'm stealing anything of course as this seems logical to me.With that said, I am usually am making so many trips because I have limited carry capacity. Now, think of items like, gallons of water, laundry soap, the type of things a family need for daily living. Some of these items are awkward and take up my entire bag. I even have a child to care for so I cant just put off shopping until tomorrow.Well, It was just about 45 minutes ago I was there at this Walmart, and my shopping list made for a very awkward load. I noticed there was a lot of cardboard waste in their unstocking routine and by the time I made it to the register I realized, Wow, a strip of that cardboard would make this backpack comfortable and flat as apposed to excruciatingly painful to lug back home. After debating approaching a register attendant and awkwardly asking for the cardboard... I did it. Understandingly the check out attendant walked over to a cardboard box and peeled me off a strip. This little thing made my day. Believe it. Its normally enjoayble to make the walk with no load but I Dred the walk home. Tonight I walked home in the dark feeling okay. Enjoyed some music and a drink and didnt so much as feel uncomfortable. Thank you.From the mouth of your local trans woman, I say there's some great people at this Wal Mart... OH Boy, here we go with the weird right. No, I wanna say that I think it may be my own paranoid perception from watching too much news and too much exposure to people like that one Florida governor that makes me fear being a trans-woman in south Alabama or the South in general.I'm a veteran, I grew up here, It's a shame its came to this but, from those wonderful people at the Walmart gas station that I don't even have time to harp one (they do little things that make my day all the time) to the local gas stations and auto shops to whatever restaurant or place I go to.. to my neighbors that give me rides and offer unsolicited assistance; I'm reminded that good people exist everywhere especially from my experience here being stuck in Theodore Alabama. (I didnt choose to be here, I plan to leave one day.) I've learned that there's great people here and all around. I'm thankful for that and I thought Id let someone know about it.

Clean well lighted Security on hand drives around MAKES sure nothing is going on in parking lot. Clean well organized. Good sells prices down fault is produce when you buy the fresh produce have to use that day or two or goes bad. Love the self check out makes employees free to help the customers at the customer service corner... employees are nice and some eager to help

Other than being my own cashier, I've never had an issue cashing my check at any other Walmart, but they refused to cash it, even though I am VERY obviously me on my license, because my license has III next to my name and my check didn't.Really? Imagine if Walmart didn't send you your check because they spelled your name slightly wrong.

Two days in a row i went shopping here and absolutely no carts in the cart thing upfront of the store, i had to walk to the back forty to retrieve a cart in 90 degree heat, don't bother asking any associate for any help in the store most will ignore you or have a nasty attitude most the employees upfront are standing around doing absolutely nothing to help any customers, i witnessed associates playing on there phones, chatting it up as if hanging out in a club, blocking aisles with stuff that should have been stocked the night before, as for there self checked walmart should do that for 10 items or less and bring back cashiers that are trained correctly to help with any person getting there medium or large orders of groceries.

All I can say is clean and employees are friendly and helpful. Don't always have what you need in stock. prices are decent on most items. Just be a smart shopper and you will be ok. And need easier access to handicap carts would help a lot. 3 - 4 more are needed. Over all it's not To bad.

What's to say ? Its a Wal-Mart. The staff is nice, the floors are clean, the selection is good. Gas prices here are among the lowest in the area. Parking lot is a bit cramped. The self checkout situation is pretty bad, but the employees are starting to get that sorted. The Jif is back, though, which is nice.

I placed an express order delivery. I received an email saying that it would be delayed. After 3 hours after the expected delivery time, I contacted customer service and they couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I called the store myself and couldn't get an answer. I had to contact the Pharmacy just to get someone on the phone. The tech tried to get me a manager and was told there was no management there (it absolutely shows) and someone would be there in the morning. I called the next morning, because my order still shows delayed, check back for updates. I speak with a woman with the nastiest attitude named Brandilyn. I mean you would have thought it was HER order that was never delivered. She first tells me she can't find my name, then I ask her well do you want the order number. After having an attitude and making me repeat the order # 6 TIMES, claiming she can't hear me, (Strangely enough she heard all of the call up until that point and after that just fine) she tells me that the order was canceled 45 minutes after the expected delivery time and they can't see it. Ma'am it wasn't canceled. It says delayed. I called customer service 3 hours after the delivery time and it wasn't canceled, he just couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. NEVER shop here. If I could give this store negative stars I would. Nasty attitudes, no accountability, no customer service, and no resolutions. Trust me, spend the few extra dollars at Rouses across the street or use Publix grocery delivery.
