I bought dog food thankfully we looked before we poured it and feed them but it was moldy it smelled so bad tried calling the store I got it from and a constant busy signal can’t get ahold of anyone this could have made my dogs sick

Sent feedback on a faulty product. I spent $500 in one day and sent an inquiry of my faulty product and have not been responded to. This is unacceptable. I bought an outdoor dog kennel. The material can be easily bent by hand or small dog. Came home to my dog running around in the road and still no action has been taken to fix this.

I called on the phone to have some equipment delivered to our location. The ordering on the website was giving me an issue. I called and a man named Chris had the best attitude and handled our issue and got the equipment delivered. I called the following day to order something we forgot and mention a part was missing Chris delivered everything on his way home. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you Chris !!!

I’ve used this Tractor Supply for years for my lawn supplies. They have the best customer service and supplies for anything you can think of. They have monthly sales that you should check out to see what items you may need with your farm or garden. If they don’t carry a product you’re looking for, ask the manager to see if they will carry it for you. This place has a reward system for their customers. Very shop friendly!

Been going to tractor supply in west mobile. For a while now. Every time I asked a question, no one new the answer , nor could help me or my boyfriend. So we would just look up the answers on the internet. Just today, decided to do a big purchase . We looked it up as usual. Found what we wanted went there. And of course employees rude as always, made something up to not help us. We decided to go to the one in Theodore store. Wow!! What a difference!!! The spoke like they had knowledge of products they sell. New what they had!! All gave us excellent customer service!! The women cashier . Super nice got us help as soon as we walked in. I don’t remember her name. But the guy she called to help name was Noah, the other guy that helped, offered to deliver on his day off!!! This was way more than we expected!!! We will be driving out of our way to do our business with this store for now on!!! It was like night and day difference!!! Thank you Theodore tractor supply for your great customer service!!!

One of my favorite places to shop. Friendly staff, especially Paul. Always kind and courteous. Wrote a review to years ago but having to do an edit because of the customer service I got from the new Manager Jada. She went above and beyond to help me take care of my online order. The store itself is good but I really don't recommend their same day delivery. They received my order at 8:21am and I received a text saying it was out for delivery and should be here just after 1pm. Then it said 2:15pm, then 3:17pm. At 3:38 I called and was told it would be another 45 minutes to an hour. I am NOT amused one bit. The next time I am sick and need chicken feed I will just go up there and get it myself!

Showed up near lunch time to deliver and found Heating Techs working over Loading/Unloading Dock(Yes, loading dock). Charlie(Receiver) was great and had the situation under control in minutes. I was unloaded in less than an hour and able to move along. Thanks Charlie.

I have been to many tractor supply locations and this is by far the best staffed store. Every single employee I ran into was so nice, helpful and very polite. Theodore is a little out of my way but this will now be my weekly store I shop at.

Jada and Lizzy are the best managers around. I had purchased a chicken coop for our new adventure raising chickens. They went above and beyond when I discovered some missing parts. They ordered them a and they came in a few days later. To make a long story short, we ended up taking the coop back because we decided to go with a much larger scale coop(she shed style). But, Lizzy and Jada were so helpful in returning my purchase, and I went ahead and got all the supplies and some decorations from them for our new larger coop. Instead of Jada and Lizzy being upset that a large purchase was being returned, I made two new friends from this exchange and will have a Tractor Supply store that I will be taking my business to when I need supplies for my chickens. Thank you again Jada and Lizzy for your help. Also, Sara was a great associate to work with in helping me order the missing parts. They have a great team at this location and it shows based on the way the managers are with the customers!!! Awesome experience and will continue to shop here!!!!!

no overbearing staff no aggressive loss prevention.. employees legitimately try to help or find items if not on shelf...I just want to edit my review and change my rating to a 5 star. Our neighbors cat had kittens and was under our house and we practically overnight were swarmed by fleas out poor dogs and cats were being swarmed we tried pet armor plus to no avail. Well I came here because they had the lowest price on capstar and I found some outdoor flea protection. After buying per armor for cats and two different size dogs our money was tight to say the least well I just want to say that the staff here helped us get what we needed. the manager told us about an online coupon and even showed us some other options when I say we were down to the last cent I mean it.. it gave the feeling of going to a mom and pop feed and seed store when I was a kid, felt like neighbors helping neighbors

Tractor supply always has everything in stock their shelves are very rarely under stocked their prices may be a little bit higher but they have a great selection of food and care products for pets and the sales associates are always well knowledged and a pleasure to deal with.

Close to home, but disappointed each visit as they seem to be out of so many items. I always have to go somewhere else to complete my shopping list or purchase something I know I will not be happy with. Guessing their suppliers' fault because if it is management then they need to get new management!

Went here to buy fans for our employees during the summer. Spoke to a nice employee at the store that helped me find the product. He helped me get it to the checkout and then assisted me with loading it on my truck. Great help that day!

The staff here at TSC in Theodore is top notch!! Everyone has been so hopeful in getting our project off the ground in raising our new chicks! Wayne, Lilley, and Dimitri were incredibly nice and helpful! They offered outstanding customer service, and went the extra mile in helping us! We love this location! Thanks guys!

We were looking for a stock pool like lots of folks. Sandy, Stan, Sam and Brian went out of their way to help us. They ordered from the company to be delivered to their store and when it was going to be delayed we changed our mind. They have so much more than you think like lawn mower oil, antibiotics, yard items and their prices are very reasonable. I prefer them over PetSmart or Petco and they're more convenient to get to.

This is my local store. The staff is always nice here. They will help you get shavings if you can’t reach the top of the pile. Also, they will call you to come back for your wallet when you leave it. I know from personal experience. LOL

Been coming here a year or more for bird feed. The price has went up multiple times, and now it's went up to 15 dollars a small bag. I kept buying the last two price hikes, but I can't go this far. Feeding the birds and squirrels is a hobby that is no longer worh the cost to me. Thanks for ruining that.

Super amazing experience here the employees are incredible we got a brand new lawn mower for my grandmother and there was an issue with the seats that have been put on and I miss Lily sent a gentleman out who came to fix it right away I recommend this tractor supply over the one on schillinger

A lot of the things that they sell in the Theodore Alabama store has a lower priced marked on the shelves and once you get it scanned at the cashier the price is higher.Beware of that, and they already know that its happening but they dont care to do anything about it.

3rd time I've been in the store to get an item that was advertised and they did not have it. It wasn't sold out. I was told they didn't sell the item Ivwas looking for. I won't be back.
