My favorite Dollar General store in the Mobile area. Ms. Tina and Erica are so nice as is the rest of the staff. Love the new makeover, however if you spend the money to modernize the store, why not redo the floors! They look horrible!

One of the employees is so rude. She will blatantly tell you she hates working Saturdays. Last Saturday a man was behind me with a bunch of non coupon items and she informed him she would take him she will gladly check people out that want to spend money. Then today I bought some items and entered my phone number and had no issues. Paid for my items and she snatched my receipt and crumbled the $5 coupon. I told her I would like that. The name on the receipt says Misty.

Too much stock in aisles! It's horrible! And it's not just one time it's every time I go in there. With hopes of change I will continue to go to this Dollar General, for only items that I'm in dire need of. God forbid if you're trying to shop with a buggy!

right here is my favorite one out of all Theodore in Tillmans Corner combined it has a lot of stuff and has more of a variety it's always clean the manager there she is excellent always a fast line maybe sometimes long but like I said it is the best! There is never saying cutter doll in the aisle everything is usually put up where it's supposed to be, not just in random, awkward places, it's a very organized and a clean & organized store!

This is a pretty good store. They normally have the things I expect them to have in stock, at a good price. They are always nice and helpful if I have a question about anything, too. It's pretty clean. I can also usually get in and out pretty quickly.

It was very well stocked. Appearance was nice and employees were friendly. Rating 4 stars because the card machine kept acting up so my checkout time was longer than usual.

The staff is ok. Not the friendliest bunch of people. They always assume someone somewhere in the store is stealing. They allow customers children to run crazy and I have even been ran out of an isle by a child riding a scooter through the store. The store is always a mess boxes and rolling carts are scattered around the store. Gets 2 stars for convenience.

Y'all need to treat your employees better because they are terrible. The general manager is the rudest person I encounter on my weekly errands . She can't keep an employee because she's treats them awful awful. She treats her customers the same way. Thr place is a hazard. You have to squeeze through towers of stock and boxes to get to the bathroom. I don't understand how this manager is still even working! Not to mention the way she treats people of color. Don't even get me started.

It was very busy Saturday afternoon. I was spending less than a dollar. I got on one line behind a couple that spent over $60. There was problem with credit card so someone had to come from back. I went back to look at something else. I did hear that it was system problem and not the customers account.Anyway, I got in different line. I was third customer from cashier. First in line decided she had spent too much and asked cashier to put high priced item back so cashier started to call manager up but decided she would use cash and card. She couldn't find her cash. I was really getting agrevated but I looked at cashier. This wasn't her fault and she was nice to both customers in front of me. Fortunately, I just said to cashier that I hoped her day got better. I felt better about myself for not taking it out on cashier who did nothing wrong except having difficult customers.

This store is disgusting and a complete mess. Someone needs to manage and work this location. I was in complete shock it was so nasty. No a clean store to shop in. Looks like nobody has ever cleaned the floors or shelves. Pretty nasty to expect customers to shop here.

I shop there alot. I like the employees,but the store is a little unorganized and they have alot of shrinkage (Theft). As a former key holder (employee) I wish they had a stocker/theft prevention person who could handle both problems and make improvements in both areas at the same time.

This right here is probably my favorite Dollar General out of all of them! It's always well working on ice oh, the people that work there they're always real nice, and don't mind helping you, showing you where stuff is! It's always easy to check out there even if the line is long!

I asked cashier to let me know when subtotal was $25 so I could use my coupon. Needless to say she did not so I did not get my $5 off. Total was $24.05, I had other stuff to get and did not because she said I was at $25 and told me to swipe. On my side amount did not show, must be broke. Not happy.

Had to put at least 1 star. This store did not accept the phone number for coupons. Didnt even accept the store discounts that are listed in weekly add. I wound up having to spend $70 and still didnt receive $5 off $25 on a Saturday. Will NEVER return to this store!

They really need buggy returns in the parking lot. And automatic doors like the other newer buildings. They remodeled and it's way better than it was.

I'm really upset with this store. They have signs posted EVERYWHERE to wear face masks.. I walk in and the MANAGER isn't wearing her's nor is the other employees. This goes for customers also.
