The staff are super helpful and nice. The business is kept unbelievabley clean. My fur baby Fred loves going to doggy daycare there. Also do a great job grooming Fred!

Your business truly sucks. My grandparents had their golden retrievers groomed and I assume you know that dogs at a certain age can’t grow their hair back. If that’s not the case, you obviously shouldn’t be running a business. You guys shaved our dogs down to their skin at least a month ago if not more. Guess what! It hasn’t grown back. I bet your clientele would love to know that you permanently ruined our dogs hair. It’s patchy and ugly, and it’s all your fault. I’m apprenticing at a salon and to be quite honest I could do a better job. Do better or find a new career path. They went to the vet today and we’re told that their hair will never grow back.

Boarded my two standard poodles. No problem with the boarding. I called to check on them and they gave me an update. The groomer on the other hand is horrible. Their coats were uneven. They shaved my boy's balls so close that they burned him. I had to take him to the vet for some ointment. I will never take him to that groomer. They did a terrible job and I ended up with a vet bill. In fact, I take them somewhere else for boarding. I was going to try them again just for boarding. Left a message and never received a call back. They are inexpensive but you pay for what you get. What they did to my boy dog was unspeakable.

For a little backstory, it was the day before Christmas eve, my husband and I do not have kids so our fur babies always come to Christmas events and are called the grandkids. Two weeks prior, our bathroom floor had fallen through. My beagle took off in my back yard and started rolling in something, THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS EVE. Everywhere I called was booked and wouldn’t even consider a bath for a reasonable price. I was hearing 75, 85, for a simple bath. I saw Urban Tails on my way to work on December 23, 2020. I called and I explained the entire situation, how my floor had fallen in, how my child had rolled in something absolutely putrid, and how I couldn’t wash her. Urban Tails was FANTASTIC. ABSOLUTELY wonderful. They squeezed her in, even though I KNOW they were super packed and when I dropped her off they made us feel like we were the most important client that we had that day. I was so thankful because she’s never missed a family Christmas and my whole family said she smelled wonderful. I can’t express how thankful that I am. I truly can’t. They are fantastic and we will be taking our dogs there ONLY from now on.

My dog Dutch is always thrilled to go to Urban Tails! The facility is super clean, and the dogs get plenty of playtime. I live in Birmingham, and it's comforting to know I can take my dog somewhere I trust while I'm visiting my parents in Tallassee.

Super nice folks who always go the extra mile. My Granddog Steele Fulford looked so cute with his bandana on. They are alot more hands on with the dogs than I've seen with other boarding and grooming places. Steele smelled good and was happy to see his Gammy! Thank you Urban Tails

This is a great place. My dog loved being with the other dogs and was well taken care of. I also loved how the workers treated my dog and posted pictures on social media for us to follow along. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for a place to leave your furry friend for the day, weekend or while you're on vacation then I'd consider urban tails! We don't trust many people to take care of our extended family but we know they are in great care while we're away. Plus they can get them all cleaned up and ready to go when you come to pickup which is always a plus ;)

Kim & her staff are wonderful and really do a great job with, Missy, my Pomeranian baby girl! She loves them and is treated like one of their own kids. Highly recommended! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Would give 0 stars if possible. Kim believes she can try to insult customers when they do their own thing rather than what they're paid to do and is the most unprofessional person I've met. Would not recommend.
