Don’t try the cvs telephone service impossible to get through. People are nice. Typical corporate run pharmacy giving workers ver little leeway to service customers.

I like their pharmacy and I like the rewards program. I always get quite a bit of money off after some purchases. At times my purchase is nearly free due to rewards

Very thorough. Not so effective, cooperative, friendly and seem not to want or care about my business from me as a paying customer from out of state that travels 1100 miles to come help both my elderly parents over or near 80yrs old, here in Alabama, for weeks or months at a time, especially during procedures and surgeries.What kind of business is this that doesn't want MY business? Slight improvement has been made but is slow going. Any "CONS" to my experience were improved after a call from or to my doctor but my first experience was a nightmare and I was told they didn't have the entire amount of my Rx and gave quite a fuss. Many times an Rx has been prescribed elsewhere and I was given what was in stock and I paid for the whole Rx and they wrote "OWE X amount" and could pick the rest up the next day or at my convenience... But for the 1st time, I was prescribed an Rx to be dispensed as written, but was given only half with a REFILL!!! that I had to wait to fill until I was completely out...that ended up costing me double and ended up throwing off that one Rx by two weeks, causing that one Rx to be thrown off to an inconvenient time because I left Alabama within 2 weeks. I have serious health disabilities and take many medications and their handling if that Rx made it one more trip to the pharmacy after that. I do hope they do better now since I am becoming more of a customer as my parents age.
