Half of the self check outs were not working. 2 cashiers had lines with more than 6-8 people. Lines everywhere. No body opening checkouts! Good bye Walmart. Service is bad.

This Wal Mart is 👎🏿. Everytime you go in there it's long lines. If you have 1000 cash registers and ain't but 4 open what's the use of having all the cash registers. An employee said THE MANAGERS don't want so many registers open🤦🏿‍♂️ so I guess they rather have lines and pissed off customers. Go elsewhere if you don't wanna have to stand in long lines and they stay out of stock, Publix/whole foods/Piggly wiggly though....very different

This is the first time I have a bad experience in thev2 1/2years I've been coming here no grocery bags had to put the groceries unbaged in the cart I was waiting for my car to be finished with the oil change so I ask the cashier if I could haveb5 bags he said only if I bought something. Well I bought groceries does that count obviously not

To small, needs an upgrade and are most of the time out of stuff. I went to get some things out of hardware just to find they now don't carry anything worthwhile. I used to buy floor vent there and now they don't carry them.

Maybe if Walmart would put more employees on the register, checking folks out. I would give 5 stars. Walmart wants us to their job, then give us a hard time,in doing so🤪

Joke of a store if anything, self checkouts are usually always in card only and aren’t really convenient if that’s what there going for, not enough cashiers, super long lines at a normal cash register, always a group of people at the service desk when they could be doing something useful, shelves are most of the time a absolute wreck, never have things in stock even though it clearly says on the app and online they do, need I say more? If anything go to any other Walmart but this one hopefully it closes down one day.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to shop the iuka Mississippi store and let me tell you. Actual registers, the store was spotless. I'd say that if Walmart went back to what they were before nearly every store needed to be a super center, I'd be more apt to shop there. After walking the 50 miles to the front with my.purxhases only to find a couple of the self checkouts available, and then checked and rechecked like I'm entering a prison, it really made me.look back on yesterday's experience. Walmart, y'all conquered small town America with your smaller stores, maybe remember that.

Terrible, one of the busiest shopping times, Friday 4:30PM,only 2 cashier's and the self checks are closed on the pharmacy side of the store. Huge lines, pathetic

Door greaters and most employees (not all) were very helpful and friendly. The selection of girls clothing sucks. Not much to choose from where as the men, boys, and women sections are packed with I guess you can say "ok" looking clothes. They need to upgrade their clothes selections. Other Walmarts have a much better selection of clothing and shoes. Isles are always stocked well. Deli food was good 👍

I have a problem with the check out system... All the self check out registers should be open all day and a few regular checks outs.. Also no bags at the self checkout a lot of the times I have went here.

Shelves were messy, clerks were helpful but seemed angry that I asked for help and lines were long at the 3 registers open unless you went through the self check out.

It's walmart. You know what you're getting at this point. The store and parking lot are clean enough. More actual cashiers would be nice. The only two that are ever available are professional enough, albeit almost always visibly unhappy.

If you like one stop shopping, Walmart has it all. It can be a hassle going through lines, but that can happen at any store. I have to admit that I am a little biased as I work there, too! Lol

They never have what you need. The staff are rude they see you coming and run the other way. I tried to use my Walmart gift card at Murphy gas station and they wouldn’t take it. Very disappointed.

I was very late for my scheduled pickup. The store employees kept my frozen food, frozen and my meats etc. well chilled! I was extremely impressed by the attitude of keeping my groceries in top condition! The shopper selecting my steak picked exactly what I would have. I'm always happy with the Pell City's selection and service!

After sitting in line 30 minutes waiting for my curbside pick up order, I received a text stating my order will be delayed by two hours. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. If they do not have enough staff to provide the service, they should remove this Walmart from available locations for pick up. If I cancel my order, I have to wait two weeks to get my money back. This is ridiculous!
